I have several years of experience managing people, performance and projects.

I've managed a number of transformation & change projects supporting the design, delivery and improvement of eService and digital contact channels. I've facilitated the delivery of several self-service applications using skills in requirement gathering and process redesign contributing to a continuous optimisation programme which has achieved an overall cost saving of £6m a year for the business.

Most recently I've moved into the pharmaceutical industry; supporting trial sponsors and clinical research organisations by delivering eClinical solutions and services to deliver successful medical imaging projects with the goal of bringing new treatments to market.

I have significant experience in Agile methodology being part of a dedicated Scrum team currently and using Kanban. I also hold a Prince2 qualification.
