It is possible we are being consolidated....after all we are still up from 2.35p to 6p ..some 150% in just few sessions...I this time placing shares have been flipped aswell as ptim 11m shares..

Soon or later they will have to let her go...obviously buying pressure will help

DEMAND has been crazy here on aim..recently...only reason we have seen new highs is due to foul play by prim...and knock on effect from others panic selling their btc treasury in their companies..

If in last few days we have seen huge volumes...can you imagine how crazy DEMAND is going to get when yanks start fighting already limited stock /freefloat...

Is it me or on risk vs reward we have highest reward factor..

I say this because our mc never exploded like others...our mc has been around £12m at peak not few hundred £million or £billion...we are also in AI field either revenues flowing in...our ceo holds 22m...thats like 15%.... not only that we will be duel listing across the pond....soon...

What's not to like....we just hve to fe bit patient be4 we see 52week highs again ( 13.75 ) at which point we had far less going for us...

So basically...from point of start of drill to 1st assay assay results from hole one #ggp mc jumped from £9m to £60m..

If we was to follow same..and hit £60m on success at hole 1 .. we could be looking at 1200% (11 BAGS).. as our mc is only around £5m right now

Due to panic selling etc..we have seen two red days....prim selling didn't help...

Now that swc has raised £40m with ease...confidence should return..

Spartac...It's all speculating...on us hitting motherload or not.....to have a rough idea where this could go....have a look at ggp and what it has done just before....during ...and after hitting motherload...100% havieron peaked at £5b....right now I think they are worth £2b...forget £5b forget £2b....forget £1b...ffs let's even forget £500m....let's say...we hit motherload...like ggp...and mm's started to manipulate shareprice...and peaked us to say only £250m....reaching that level itself will be enormous and life changing...from current levels of £5m yo £250m...thats 60 BAGS.....real rest and big problem will be holding till then....most will sell for 10% or 20% 😂 like they were today...

It's a shame it come to this..not that it's our fault...its all down to how this company has been run over the 12mths...to be honest you can even go further back...ppp hasvhad atleat 3 suspensions in 3 years...not a good track record...

From what i am seeing there is division amongst yes and no vote...I clearly outlined...I was going to abstain then i thought why waste the vote..and was inclined towards a yes...few of you have given me your reasonings as to why yes isn't going to be good for us shareholders...some like gasman and town ...have put up links....really appreciate it....

What I have noted some of these guys have gone to extreme lengths to make current bod members especially lunn to account for his actions and take full responsibility in enduring and making sure all legal issues are followed and that no foul play is involved as a shareholder this is our minimum rght..

I believe individually we can not make any difference but collectively if are on same page we might be able to get some kind of result on our side...

For me personally I don't think yes or no vote matters at this stage...possibly slight delays on a no vote...which I am OK with..

I have just voted no...after listening to few here especially after seeing how much effort some have put in....I myself don't have too much time to contribute..due to nightshift...so for those working tirelessly ...I just want to say it's really appreciated....

We need to stand united...its not about yes or no vote....its all about trying yo salvage something back...only united front can achieve this...

Guys I will say again .. i have made loads of assumptions ... based on my understanding...

Let's say...lunn gets anton shares...the lot..

Does that mean he holds majority...I font think so....majority shareholders would be david Peter shaw...so final say would go to david..or atleast he will have most influence...

2nd point i don't understand ... let's say lunn takes anton shares....does he or not gain the most...if shareprice is high...the higher the better...if somehow intentionally screws us shareholders up...he will be shooting himself in the foot...no?

Ssccss there is nothing wrong in both of your posts..first posts says lunn will be the executor .... he will basically take responsibility in issuing back to anton family that they are due....IMHO it's not as straight fwd as it looks...their are too many entities involved ...if you note...lunn was put on board in nearly all companies within last say 12mths after demise of anton...to me this goes to show everything is inter connected.....too many parties involved...even though...dl tom etc were involved their stakes were far less than these other 3..these 3 had far more to lose...If you like due to minority stake albeit still considerable for the likes of tom..he did things which he shouldn't hve as his losses would have been less..he easily compensated himself via wages....

once all this is sorted and I hope it is asap...it should have proper breakdown....as I hve mentioned to my understanding lunn was put in the middle..I believe he offered more than what is outlined or what we know...I do not for a minute believe lunn only has 1500 or do shares in ppp..my take is he has further undeclared interest which for dome reason or another couldn't be declared...this could be due to complexity of setup of so called several companies....

I don't think he will be given shares just for the sake of it...
