There are risks involved...... Main one being there are only 12 million shares in issue...out of these only 3 million can be traded by public......so u can get locked uo in here......i've taken the risk....as i believe it will be difficult to buy on good results.......mm's wouldn't mind buying of you......hence im in early........ADYOR

Along with hopefully +ve results....they have recently signed a mouth watering contract with the goverment worth £1million.......their market cap atm is just under a £1million....so its a win win in my view....

17555 shares.....with results overdue....i believe this is the right time to take a gamble here......in their last results SKHG stated they would be turning into profit in early 2011.......

continues.......we only have 13 trading days left ........so it will be make or break time from anytime now till 28th FEB.......my money is on successful outcome.........what are the likely outcomes?.... 1. VYKE can confirm of TAKEOVER talks perhaps by BLS telecom like it has been suggested at around 5p 2. VYKE can come up with +ve numbers in their preliminary announcement.......they can be from several sources such as MY nigeria, VYKE UK, Apple IPHONE application and etc... 3. " The board of Vyke (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the bondholder and the lender have each agreed to an extension of the deadlines of the Payments to 28 February 2011 in order to conclude discussions which the Board believes should facilitate a long-term solution and ensure Vyke should have have a sustainable business model moving forward." from the above it seems like if VYKE can convince the bonholders/lenders of sustainable business model for the future, then payments which are due shall be extended..........with recent changes on the board and new applications coming forward such as My Nigeria I believe the Board is moving in the right direction and remain i convinced deadline will be extended....... 4. I wouldn't be surprised if a MAJOR contract is announced or announcement of further develpements in new applications.... 5. Announcement of a major placement....that can be at a discount/premium to current shareprice.... 6. I would be surprised if VYKE turned around and said that they are changing their business model.....like many companys have done be4 them......i'e from telecom go into natural resources business.......now that would be interesting if they did that, like I said i doubt they would take that route...... Their are many possiblities the list can go on.....one thing i am almost sure of and that is a +ve solution will be found.....and VYKE will survive and live on to see another day........ I also, have always maintained element of RISK VYKE holds in that if it does not come with the goods it can go down and out............so ADYOR be4 investing....

you say u are 90% down.......yet u are one of few who remain upbeat wit regards to VYKE ........ what percentage chance whould you give VYKE to turn around and in what timescale?.........secondly being positive as you are would you consider topping up at these historic lows?....if so what price would you consider reasonable to top up ?..........as you must be aware i have positive aswell ( I can't see theVYKE sinking, can be wrong ).....i am seriously considering topping up.......any advice mate?...thanxs in advance............ As for Mr Gerbil dont i mind his negative input as i believe he used to be an investor here and maybe lost some monies and he is warning others of potential downside, infact i respect him for that as he takes out valuable time to warn potential investors of the downside especially newbies....what i say about Mr Gerbil doesn't imply to 475876 as he seems to scare potential investors off through his vague knowledge of VYKE, I just class 475876 as negative poster who seems to go from board to board posting lots of rubish with regards to shares he don't own or know about...............

We are in the unknown....ppl say VYKE is going down and out.........whilst it can be the case, i kind of disagree, mainly because of some ppl buying in the back ground.........theres always hope ......... i did not say every thing will be hunky dory.........i am just stating the FACT if the company survives 28th FEB deadline.....this will not be under 1p.............YES the truth is I don't know the outcome....nevertheless I have taken a small punt on the basis VYKE will turn around for the GOOD..........its not all doom and gloom like some are posting here...........you can call it a gamble if you like.....a gamble which might multiply many times over.....thats how this GAME works.....we take RISKS....some shares are less RISKER than others......but I say the more RISKER they are ......more MERRIER they are............. I REPEAT I've taken a speculative PUNT on +ve outcome....... HOPE IT HELPS

ignore the de-rampers....we are here to state facts....not to mislead anyone......these so called de-rampers.....only show one side of the coin.....and are putting potential investors off..........all we are doing is pointing out the possibility of VYKE turning around......If and when it does everyone will want to be in and they will have to pay a premium to todays prices..........their loss.............de-rampers claim over and over again that VYKE is going to sink not giving it slightest chance of success..........the truth is all of us are heading towards end of a journey without knowing the destenation......we shall know by 28th FEB what our fate holds......BOOOM...or BUST...........475876 mentions placing, in my view that can be a strong possibility and i feel it would be at an premium not discount 0.5p like he/she states ( i only say this because we are undervalued atm )............the only thing I like about 0.5p is the 5p when 0 is taken off........we are almost certain to get that if we was to get a TAKEOVER bid..........GLA

indeed volume does tell the story......low to no volume = static share price.........on next RNS their will be lots of volatility.....now it all depends if we are going to get +ve or -ve RNS.......on +ve interest will be created and volatility will push the shareprice towards the sky........as where -ve RNS ppl will try to offload in abundance thats if mm's lets them and the shareprice can tank............so i once again say very high risky investment, however if it pays off........we will have the last laugh....especially all those who are picking these up in there lows.........there are atleast 2 buys of million + at around 0.75p ( one of them can be a sell, but me thinks it was a buy ).

16 trading days to go............within which RNS has to be realised......stating their further..........so my guess same as anyones elses it could be -ve or +ve.........on -ve side we can go down to or below 0.5p if not OUT......on on +ve side we can easily pass 1p and approach 2p ( on funding news ), on the hand if TAKEOVER was to come then we are looking much higher...:))

I don't think its classed as misleading as i have stated downside to the stock.......PUMP and DUMP....well that can be seen as a case as I try to be OPTIMISTIC and POSITIVE with regards to my investment.........I try to state facts in a POSITIVE manner........Honestly i don't believe for a minute ppl would invest in a share to make a quick bob then start posting negative aspects of the company........I've seen ppl on these boards who go 100% +ve ( pump & dump ).........others have balanced view ( they outline the risks ), just like i have stated here over and over again for the 10th time i say it again VYKE can go down and out giving you 100% loss....however in my view it won't come to that ( only my view )........name me one share that you have invested in and then started to de-ramp it........or on the other hand name one share that i have de-ramped......my policy has always been and will be.......never de-ramp shares ESPECIALLY the ones which i don't own................... you quote......"So your telling us how wonderful Vyke is yet you are also saying you will dump on any reasonable rise in the shareprice." I'm telling you once my target is reached I will sell regardless...the potential it has....because i want to move on...... let me give you an example......i was heavily invested in RKH at low 0.40's........i took my 700% profit and bailed out.....knowing fully well it had further to go ....... why i did that was down to two facts firstly........i wanted to pocket my profits and not be greedy....and secondly and importantly i needed monies elsewhere.......if i had stuck it out and sold few months later i would have pocketed further 400%-500%......... Yes more profit in access of 400%-500 % would have been nice ....... but i was happy with my profits which i took and had no regrets............ SO I say it again Mate ...... i believe VYKE has potential of multi bagging from here.......yet i say again that will in my view take around 6-12mths ( providing the TAKEOVER don't happen within next few weeks, in which case we can see 5p sooner )...........i will not i repeat I WILL NOT hold for 6-12 mths even though it will multibag from here in ( in my view )........my problem is i can not stay in one share for too long..........if i still held my shares from 12mts ago......i would have been sitting on hefty profits........long term is not for me.......hope it helps mate......

I refer u......to my post yesterday 10:08.....i have clearly stated i've invested small amount as a speculative PUNT.......you state I might be gone with the wind if it rises............let me tell u mate if it rises and I sell at a profit......then objective will have been achieved.......if on the other hand it goes down and i sell at a loss.....then i would have lost out .....u win some and lose some.... in the case of ARC i lost.......I play some shares on basis of potential ( the ones which i believe can give me 10%-30% short term ), having said that I also SPOUT about shares which are worth the value med-long term........In case of ARC give it around 6-12mths......it will be above 0.5p ( i sold at a loss because I wasn't patient enough )...........with VYKE I believe IF it survives 28th FEB deadline.....it can be worth minium 5p-10p in 6-12 mths..............The question is will I wait for 6-12mths.........Answer my friend is NO......even though it has potential.........I have only invested as short term....once I get to my target I will be out ( thats if my patience hold out ).........thats the game!! we are here to make monies and thats what im trying to do.......I try to be honest as I can........I have clearly stated the downside to VYKE like I did in the case of ARC.........SO i say it again risk vs reward on VYKE , I believe reward out weighs the risk by a mile .................
