Mate I think you have bought up an INTERESTING point...re-suspension..... it depends how one reads that paragraph......maybe your interpretation is correct hence we are still trading....goes to show......how best of us can make school boy errors...lol..... INDEED!!!!!... surprised....to see us still trading..... first thing is first.....mmo was admitted on AIM....29th MAY 2012.......so maybe just be the deadline is 29th MAY 2014....and not 24th of may 2014 as they have mentioned on their website......it might just have been a typing error.....????..... 2ndly I am not sure if it is possible under aim rules....but maybe they have asked for little extension as they might have already bagged the deal....BUT need to sort the paper work out.....( just guessing but may be of the mark ).... lets wait and see how things develop.... I don't think there is any way of finding out...who voted against....... but there is a set limit......which needs to be surpassed for resolutions to be passed...cant remember that figure on top of my head.....but I think its near 70% ( not 100% on this )....

I know ppl fear suspension and all that...to certain extent that can be justified...as their monies is locked in.....but to me....it like......no-one will be able to BUY in suspension period......those in will be IN....and will have the final laugh on COME BACK.....with the announcement......I know from experience.....IF the right DEAL is signed.....then 100/200% will be possible.......and with so few shares in FREEFLOAT....we early entrants will have the most FUN..... but please note.....that's the best case ........in end ....there is a possibility the DEAL might not meet our EXPECTATIONS......with me....I always look at the +VE side.....if RIGHT tones are hit......then will we have BIG smiles on our faces..... risk vs REWARD.......I would risk it being here any day of the WEEK.....:))

the only way they can avoid suspension.....is either announce the deal today...or say they have bought shares in VODAFONE ( just an example )......me thinks deal can not be signed be4 the deadline....hence why they cant announce it today...but I do believe we are close to it.......hence the reason why they haven't used the option of investing in any given company..... me personally int worried....I even topped up yesterday.....I can wait.....:)) also note......we still have time till market opens Tuesday morning......they still can pull something out of the bag....and avoid suspension.....but imho.....it wont happen.......but never say never....

I noticed previously someone mentioned they 85MILLION buy back was vetoed......because investors wasn't happy with the bod......and their plan.... a simple answer to that is.....they had the chance to kick out some members of the bod......at the agm......all members were voted on AGAIN....in end all of them kept their jobs..... don't forget...the common link.... They easily could have avoided suspension .....by side stepping and INVESTED in COMPANY A....... unless they do this in the LAST HOUR....it looks like they have avoided this..... the question is WHY????... are they closer to this ACQUISTION / RTO then many think????.... interesting to see how things develop from here.....:))

Nordic Petroleum AS (Nope) confirms its intent to cooperate with the UK company Athabasca Resources Limited (ARL) in order to execute the planned appraisal program for the Chard License in Alberta, Canada to be executed during the summer of 2014. The transaction is structured as a farm-out/farm-in agreement, and ARL will cover the full costs of the program and a cash element and in return obtain 50% of the interest. The parties have agreed a payment schedule, and April 30th is the date by which the parties shall have entered into a final agreement covering stated project. ARL has paid parts of the cash element in order to achieve an exclusivity ending April 30th unless the final agreement is implemented.

Nordic Petroleum has entered into an intentional agreement with a UK company. The agreement aims at a Farm-In agreement and execution of a work program in 2014. The agreement is related to Chard. According to the agreement term payments shall take place and the first payment is executed. The commercial terms are marginally better than the previous Chard agreement. The Agreement shall be fully implemented by April 30 2014.
