Through XSG website...i asked them why is it showing shares not in public hands at 54%....yet when you ADD all mentioned parties....they ADD to 64%....

The response i got back was....

everyone who has over 3% has to be listed ( i.e all 64 % )......but for not in public hands...they only take everyone who has higher i REPEAT HIGHER stake than 10% + directors BUYS....

there are only 2 over 10%'s....equating to 42% + 2% directors = 44%......my QUESTION is who esle holds over 10%.....

SIMPLE answer in my opinion.....we will get another TR1....confirming a BIG BUYER!!!!! could be directors themselves
