From my understanding ... the Sheikh came on BOARD not because of only ORCP and its POTENTIAL...but more importantly close relationship PAKISTAN is building with certain countries GLOBALLY ...obviously FRIENDSHIP with CHINA is not new thats old news...NOW Pakistan has extended its FRIENDSHIP to countries in middle east-asia hub aswell including the likes of SAUDI ARABIA and DUBAI ...Crown Prince MOHAMMED SALMAN he himself was in pakistan not long ago and DONATED $20 BILLION to push start their economy..
