Re - THAL COAL....i have seen many names come up.....saudi...duabi...china....australia....kuwiat...iran.....UAE........plenty more i am sure.....the point is.......PAKISTANS making changes for good...thanks to IMRAN KHAN.....investors from abroad are feeling much more comfortable.......mentioning SAUDI.....there connection is re gasification of fertilizers......they want that they have clearly pointed out and they want it from THAR...guess what....ORCP BLOCK VI....is the only one which has been given permission re-garding that regard.....:))

Him still holding all of his SHARES..is still...VERY VERY good news...this in it self should give us a MUCH needed boost tomorrow MORNING.....with or without TR1 holding rns.......people were having doubts....now the doubts are CLEAR.....

SHEIKH is here to STAY....he will see us through these projects....what people tend to forget...we didnt go with the SHEIKH just because of his money....we went for him because of his EXPERIENCE in the field....not only that....but also......there is alot to do with...IMRAN KHAN and DUBAI connection which many are not picking up......

Earlier i read a post stating something in the lines of....this share is being RAMPED and they are embarrassed by it.....

i ask one simple question....here on AIM....which share isnt being RAMPED.....all sharers get ramped in one form or another.....

But...a...BIG BUT.....this ( orcp) is no other share...this is a UNIQUE share....its is WAY undervalued....one of the reason why that is the case is because....its not on many peoples radar...no slowly slowly.....that is changing......

One can only RAMP if it is worthwile....and if a company has POTENTIAL....from where i am sitting....ORCP....has MASSIVE POTENTIAL......

Q4 2019...we will get an announcement regarding that $1.6B deal between CHINA and orcp......when that comes.....most will remember orcp at 0.4p-0.5p...and KICK themselves so hard in the nuts....that one nut wont know what happened to the other.....JUST WATCH and see....

siborg786...i never said the sheikh increased his holdings...all i said was no it is confirmed that he hasnt sold any shares as it was claimed by many ( some where saying it was him who was the one selling as he did in adme ).......today orcp's website has updated their shareregister ( 5th dec )...it clearly shows the sheikh has not sold a single BEAN...he has kept all of his holdings INTACT.....this is what we will get in TR1 HOLDING from the sheikh......i.e......HOLDER of 100M shares.......

Because ORCP has put this up on website.....one would EXPECT ...TR1 to follow now...could land anytime...i am EXPECTED it tomorrow morning 7AM...if not then during the day....GOOD thing is its been confirmed via website that he hasnt sold......

ATM he holds some thing like 6.4%......when RESOLUTIONs are passed at the agm...his holding would increase to 200M....at which point he will have something like.....11%+.....

And was he to CASH all of his WARRANTS...then he would take his holdings to 22%+...

HOPE this clears it for you....

I will say again....

The importants of TR1 confirming that the SHEIKH has not sold....is very very IMPORTANT.....it will give many CONFIDENCE in the sheikh and this company in GENERAL.

Holdings show on a website....is not a confirmation.....CONFIRMATION will come when we get an OFFICIAL rns ..through proper channels.....TR1 will come 100%...question is not if but WHEN!!!...again i am going for 7am tomorrow morning...:))

you got it wrong...TR1 most probably tomorrow.....after agm...he will get another 100M...which will take him to around 11%.......at that stage he has to give another TR1

after the placing it looks like shiekhs holdings via placing are settled now...hence company has put his holdings on website...all we are outstanding now....is TR1...to confirm to the market.....it HAS to come via rns...hope you understand...what i am saying
