from where we i am sitting...our JOURNEY hasnt even started yet...well how could it at £15m our m/c cap is a JOKE...considering we still have around £2.6m in CASH...and POSSIBILY one of if not THE BEST RAPID most sensitive TEST out there...

Some if not most will have received there divis TODAY...i have....PLAN AHEAD invest it / use it WISELY...

correction at £1.30 shareprice would be x 6 not x10 from current levels....the thing with this stock is ....its so VOLATILE....if you move by few PENCE....it can make HUGE difference to number of POTENTIAL BAGS....at 30p....it will be x 4.5 current shareprice to reach £1.30p level...at 70p...will be under 1 BAG....i do see us reaching recent HIGHS again BARE MINIMUM.....but in all HONESTY we should be sitting in POUNDS if and when TESTS are confirmed SUCCESSFUL and ORDERS start to come in....

After 8 or so mths....for me nothing has changed...yes we was given HUGE DIVIDEND ...and p2f has left the ship...

But what one keeps failing to understand....is the FACT our m/c cap £8m is next to nothing compared to our PEERS...if we was sitting at £50m shareprice would be at £1.30 x 10 current levels....even then in my eyes we would be well under valued...

i say again....brh is not risk-free...just like any other share/stock on AIM...but TRUST me REWARDS in here could be MIND BLOWING...dare is say it...next year this time...we could be looking at another MASSIVE DIVIDEND...remember thats what our company does.....its an INVESTMENT company...it will always return extra cash to loyal shareholders.....

KEY figure right now imo is 17p...the option price.....i can not see us below that price..if we do go under it it will be short lived...

MOVING forward...TESTS are coming to TOWN....MOST RELIABLE/FASTEST tests out-there....PARAYTEC and CARL have been working on this project since JUNE 1st 6mth+ now...they are taking their time....to make sure nothing goes wrong and everything is in place...

By the way.....i do see lot of pi's having ago at TB etc...thats their choice their OPINION...i tend to ignore....one needs to learn how to move on if they dont like PARTICULAR stock/shares or bod members...too many envious pi's on these bb's.....i genuinely see value in both brh and rms...hence i hold both...

For me it has always been....BE +VE get +VE results back....in other words....+VE ENERGY = +VE RESULTS.....if some want to focus on negative energy rather than +VE ENERGY then let them...mostly these pi's are bashers/derampers with their own hidden AGENDA's...for me i just IGNORE them...and look ahead at BRIGHT FUTURE we have both in rms and brh....

It is feasible they didnt need all that extra CASH...and pay HUGE TAX's on it...hence SPECIAL DIVIDEND......and

They will/might be ..having another CASH REVENUE stream lined up....i.e INCOME the TESTS....remember we have been told in black and white....we have enough CASH to take our TESTS to COMMERCIALISATION....meaning to the point where we will be selling the tests...imo its coming...we are getting lot closer now....

Are there any risks???....ofcourse there are risks......there were plenty of risks for many when we was at 12p last time around..from 12p we went on to hit 70P some x6 ......history can repeat AGAIN....difference this time is...we have MORE CASH in bank...our TESTS are in much ADVANCED stage than be4....only minus is we dont have p2f.....for me anyway....REWARDS outweigh the risks......for all others it their choice.....

LORD PAUL....you say u are newbie...and that you bought in on 10th...and want to know if you will get DIVIDEND of not??..

Firstly i just want to say....never be shy of asking questions if you dont understand...thats the only way you can learn....so good to see you ask the question..WELL DONE..

Secondly...the day before 9th of dec shareprice was 55p.....all of those who bought in on the 9th or was still holding will get paid SPECIAL DIVIDEND regardless whether they sold or not on the 10th...

Those who bought in on the 10th will not get any DIVIDENED as brh shares went EXD ( EX DIVIDEND ) on that day first thing at 7am.

Going Forward we are still way undervalued....pi's should do their own homework....and not let bashers/derampers get to them...ALSO...please be careful of EX HOLDERS...now that they have sold....they will try to MANIPULATE the shareprice to their advantage..as they will be buying back in..the lower shareprice is....bigger the advantage for them.....for CURRENT HOLDERS the HIGHER the shareprice is when EX HOLDERS buy back in the MERRIER...

For me i just look at current m/c of £7.4M....and ask myself is it worth it....i only see UNDERVALUATTION with £2.5m+ CASH in bank and so many PROJECTS in pipeline...main one being PARAYTEC ,,which has two things going for it....1. 5 mins rapid/sensitive TESTS 2. NEXUS PROJECT in which they are in bed with MAJORS...

If one wants to trade by all means go ahead and trade....but beware brh is volatile....due to freefloat being low....so swings can be wild.....for me as an INVESTOR its much easier to watch the swings from sidelines....what matters the most is the END game for me..and see where we are in few weeks/mths time....not where we are on daily basis...lets wait and see what happens in here when TESTS start doing the talking...

another point i want to make...before i log off....

TB has sold some yesterday...and no-one knows he might sell more....i dont let that distract me...as i have been there before last time he did it...in end....he ended up with more shares than before.....i am good as CONVINCED he has something planned up.....lets see how it plays over next few days/weeks....

TB last time he sold....was already planing ahead re-selling P2F...which he did.....and took out £18M from it....hence special divi of 42.75p...like i say....after him selling he ended up with more shares...firstly by BUYING MORE...off market...then secondly by doing the SWAP...he sold his rms shares for brh shares...

ITs early days,,,but u have a feeling something similar us being worked out in background.....its is quite possible...that they might be thinking of SPLITTING PARAYTEC.....and re-list it as under PARAYTEC.....us shareholders could be given X number of shares for every share we hold....long shot...YES...but its possible....TB knows how to take VALUE out of COMPANIES....in my BOOKS he is already thinking ahead...and working on something behind close doors....

duster...when u say we havent heard anything for a while.....i AGREE....hence update coming....CARL is very very OPTIMISTIC re his TWEETS...

ppl look at TB i say....JUST look at PROFESSOR CARL...he is the man running the SHOW re-TESTS....he has already indicated....our TESTS our all ready waiting in the FREEZER ...i presume by this he means for CLINICAL TRIALS...imo one way or another we will get an UPDATE next week.....it was due this week.....but i was hoping....it came next week....as we didnt want +ve update clashing with EXD date/record date etc...

all in all....ppl forget...5mins test is just one part of our INVESTMENT....

they are forgetting others like...SENTINELL bladder cancer PoC tests.....or PHASEFOCUS.....orders far and wide ( europe/china )......PARAYTEC are also involved in NEXUS PROJECT in which they are in bed with the likes of ASTRAZENECA / GLAXOSMITHKLINE / FUJI...combined valuation last time i checked £220BILLION...orders well over due from them MAJORS...then we have GYROMETRICS.....HUGE orders of around £6BILLION are being worked on by the GOVT on turbines etc...GYROMETRIC could get huge contract .....

in this game one has to take CHANCES to win BIG.....they dont come better than brh imo......by the way....i forget to MENTION KIRKSTALL...another little gem...which is going unnoticed....we have 80% stake in that...

duster....for you it might be falling....for me as LTH its increasing.....yesterday....we went from 55p pre-EXD ....to 67p....today in if you like we are sitting at 42.75P + 20p = 62.75p ( pre-EXD ) ...

Im my books we are going up....YES we have had a slight dip today due to TB selling yesterday....i dont think the dip will last...as there is too much to look forward to.....

at £7.5M m/c ...with ...£2.5m+ CASH buy in my books.....those who think its risky....INDEED they should stay away...

This is AIM...risk vs REWARD....REWARD outweighs risk by a MILE.....been here be4....from 12p it went onto to HIT 70p.....yesterday we hit that margical 12p again......maybe 70P is coming again....
