Just some thoughts:
28 billion for future investments:
For sure is they wanna use money for their tokens..
But the buy of EUA can be very usefull for their tokens as well
The question is how much of 28billion they wanna pay
That they were and are interested in EUA is a fact
The problem is they had another price in their minds I can imagine 2 or 5 years ago..the longer they wait the higher the price will be..but they wanna profit as well of higher PGM prices so they don´t care ..
IMO the problem isn´t what they wanna pay but their problem is as Stated in our RNS ´other non binding offers..IMO they wanna pay a correct price but other parties wanna pay more then NN wanna give for EUA
I think we can see positive in the very near future(hours,days,..IMO the next week)

But for me NN is nr 1 due to their future plans
