The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Low volume today, waiting to see if the Call will be made.
We will get an update on LO’s share holdings due to the recent increase. I don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t take the Call and hold for results.
Star It would seem strange to release all the detailed information of the deal but not mention that some other conditions are attached.
The only thing that is slightly ambiguous in my mind is the extension date to the middle of April and if that refers to the entire holdings or just the Put and the Call.
Nothing tonight in the Prime minister’s address regarding the drill.
Good luck with the recovery Glide
Lee you obviously haven’t read the details of the lending agreement.
I am off to Fort Lauderdale tomorrow, sounds like I need to visit West Palm for the drunk bar discussions.
Willibobs you forgot Irene de ramping. What will she do with her life after the results whichever way it goes?
Anybody know where Potter is at the moment
“ I think it was a Sell showing as a Sell..... bizarre. Usually all the Sells are actually Buys according to the rampers”
Irene you are showing your poor knowledge with that comment unless of course you are just deramping fir no reason. But why would you do that? Very strange.
Jdam who was your source on this information?
Steven as we know every bit has a sell and what a particular website declares may not be correct and in fact the opposite.
If the shares move up then we are getting more volume of buys to sells so don’t worry about it.
Sharescare we all have our own target marketing ads. I get doctors and lawyers obviously, you get Corrie and he gets porn. Just shown your normal searches and interests.
The 2.3p guarantee would still be in place regardless of the Call. The only part up for debate would be the change of the remuneration date with the free ride to results.
Hypothetically if an RNS comes out tomorrow without the Call being made then that could change the situation.
I do not think this is what is happening but I do think the Call will be made early.
Irene I agree with you, it is utter nonsense
"12 x as many shares bought than sold but only 3.4% up..... Perhaps being held back to let the boys in?"
Verbier definitely thinking a little too hard with this part
“ Also then when they go to the court on the 14th and get added to the JR with an announcement of pay dirt then the JR will be dropped by all involved thus allowing a very good rise to full results.”
The rest I think you are in the correct ballpark I am just not sure how the timing may play out. If the call doesn’t come soon I would be surprised.
They may come across a situation in which delicate information may be released so an early RNS is possible.
I do agree that the extra money would make sense being used to extend the evaluation process if oil has been shown already.
Irene are you saying that you believe the board are taking this finance deal with the full knowledge that it will bankrupt us if no oil is found.
If that is the case then without doubt no members of the Board would Ever get a job again and all the Shares and options they hold would be practically worthless.
You might be correct Irene but I find it unlikely.
They have a few weeks for the call to be made however it may come considerably earlier. The call has to be made by the time BPC release the results.
If the results are released early then they will miss the chance to call.
I would say a bigger move up tomorrow when people realize the significance of BPC taking this crazy funding deal. Bare in mind it is only crazy if no oil is present.
Egg if you are talking about my reason for increasing my investment then yes no problem. It is the same thing I have been saying for the last week.
Yes Novice
Yes Bespoke, the exercise of the put to me means they have seen oil. The alternative is that the BOD are pushing forward with a high possibility of taking us into insolvency.
My investment and assumptions are that the BOD are making the best decision for the company as well as the BOD’s jobs.
