The shares are subject to a 12 month lockup and an orderly marketing agreement for the 12 months thereafter.

And yes we were all disgruntled and shaken by the dilution from the placing. Prior to this, we can’t if ore that the company did try their best to raise sp for the funds required. Somehow the market and potential investors didn’t see the obvious potential.

However, we only know where 250k of the raise has gone. Which again to be realistic, the investment in GFIN, as it stands, is down. I don’t think they are going to invest in a company that they believe won’t add to their growing profile. GFIN JV is still on the table as we have not been told otherwise. Deals take time, longer than people can wait by the looks of it.

A much larger portion of the raise is still available. Not heard anything for a while, so i doubt its been wasted. Give the company opportunity and a little more time to prove the placing worth i say. The evidence we are all looking for will be in the next RNS/RNS’s. We know revs have to be announced soon, IGS contract update is due, GFIN JV news, JIo update expected and updates on all the other areas of the business cannot not be far away at all.

If the placing money is explained through positive RNS’s and the revs are up (Again) what can people then moan about? Lets be patient and wait and see

Last monthly revs (jan) were 150k = 1.75mil
Cautious figure for next revs say 180k = 2.16mil
Take into consideration what we know already by adding a very cautious 500k from IGS = 2.66mil

2.66mil halfway through the year. Thats without IGS extension, Jio, GFIN, Huawei, vodafone india, NFT’s, other contracts/licenses etc.

2.66mil annual revs gives you a larger mcap worth than the current 9.2mil.

Got to remember we have gone from nothing to 1.75mil as we stand, on news that has been officially announced. The company is now offering a wide range of areas for income. Each are building, foundations have been set and all areas are growing at a fast pace. Contracts and deals will start to get bigger and bigger as the company becomes more popular and well known.

Customer base/potential subscribers will soon be in the 100s of millions/billions. A deal with MOS will give them access to all these potential customers and as it grows even more, much larger companies will be attracted to takeover as they won’t want it to grow further without their involvement. The hardwork is being done by MOS now for this.

Growing at a fast pace with a very bright short, middle and long term future. Always going to be day traders but the potential for a multibagger opportunity here is immense. Research will only back that up. GLA especially to the LTH’s!

Amazing what they have done in so little time. Only a matter of time before this takes off and leaves the wonderers behind to dive into another share with their games.

Bouchos - great if you believe you found it first. Thats fine, well done. However, i didn’t see a post from you. It was discussed in the nanosynth telegram group way before twitter. The loyal long term holders knew first to allow them to get in early yesterday as alot are under water bud.

Whether it was you, me or someone else first doesn’t really bother me. The company’s sp and its shareholders bothers me more. This share should never of been in the position it has been in for the last 12 months. The information about Virosynth needed to be marketed as it was huge news that wasn’t communicated by the board despite virosynth being registered on the 3rd December.

Anyways, this company has come a long way under Mark Duffin. Minus the poor communication, the long awaited bussiness acumen and direction is now here.

Marketing i believe will start very soon IMO, another thing we haven’t had. This is now looking extremely promising with massive potential for a huge uplift, which should of happened already.
