I have one last question

If I have 1mn share at present

Then this is consolidated to 100k in shares

The share value rises to £1 a share

So instead of 1million I get 100k

Is this right?

Hi all

I have 5.5m shares I understand, to a basic level, the consolidation process. However I bought my share via fidelity so do not have a share certificate. So how does this get adjusted? I don’t want my shares lost because I don’t have a certificate. Is anyone else in this situation and can shed some light if what now happens. Please advise . Thanks

I think what would be more interesting thn guessing the share price I think we should try nd guess how many subscribers there will be to Author42 by the time this information is disclosed.

I personally haven’t got a clue. When would this information be made known?

I think there is also the issue of people reacting on this board when there is an increase. Suddenly the rocket emojis appear, the unicorn head and its if money. So people have their expectations increased and think we should see large increases. When that doesn’t happen people panic or certainly worry. So everything in moderation.

I don’t personally think this is bad timing.

The important message is the rev ensue generating aspect. Once this starts the share price will increase. But that will be based on what amount of revenue is generated.

1. RNS states the product will be finished ahead of schedule. That’s great but will need to see what it generates income wise. The concept alone does not make the sp rise or does it?

2. One poster stated AI is similar to the dot com era. Loads of companies, loads of ideas, loads of companies didn’t take off. Loads failed. So we need to see an end result. In my opinion big difference in creating a product to sell on and keeping it and making it gain revenue

So wasn’t expecting any change in share on this news. Need to see revenue

This is what I can’t fully understand. Buy more than sell and the share goes down. Sell more than buy and it tumbles

However so many things have raised more questions.

The fellows are due to finish shortly-12 week placements. So who continues the work after this?

I think a lot of people thought this was a CAPAI linked presentation but it was not meant to be that

Way too simplistic. Fellows are chosen to work on these projects. They are unpaid because the opportunity to work with Prof. Nag is too good to pass up. The access to mentorship and trending technology is a great incentive.

But they clearly see and stated that

Capai is the commercial part o f the setup. So hard to see how any worthwhile project would not come through Capai. I don’t see how R42 would be bought as it is a research hub. For example fellows were given an approach for one project that was against the norm. This was the directive of Prof. Nag. Maybe to challenge the fellows or he thought is would give the end product a USP. Either way I can imagine fellows falling over themselves to work there. The qualifications of the teams were extremely impressive. Being labelled as undergraduates would be like calling Einstein a researcher!

My take on the presentation is slightly different. It was show casing R42. All of the projects they work could be described as research. Can they do things and how would they do it. The work is carried out by fellows-unpaid. They are mentored by professors and experts in their fields -unpaid. Prof. Nag was at pains to point out that there is a long journey from bring an idea to fruition to making it commercially viable. Although when the various teams were present the different projects they had worked on the time frame of start to finish of the project was approx 11-12 weeks per project. Author42 in 11 weeks! At the end of the demos he stated that the fellows would, for the majority, be moving on. One person stated if there was any companies watching the demos that the fellows would consider employment opportunities. The. AI around stock was very good but for me the book to movies was amazing. Author42 was also amazing and gave me great confidence. One attendee did ask if one product would go to Capai but this was laughed off. This was a presentation/demo of their skills set within R42

I think we should all be very calm, sit back and just let this guy do his thing. His train of thought was refreshing and inspiring. I will be holding this share for years just to see what happens. I am not ramping nor do I need shooting down. Just a happy investor

How likely are dividends

My friend is a barrister. Whenever evidence is overwhelming and against their client they try to erode the reputation of the person delivering the exper opinion. This reminds me of this. Very interesting how things shift from the product assassination to the character assassination

The MRI scan is not an AI initiative though, is it?

AI in radiology has been mainly used to screen X-rays and highlight those which are not normal. They cannot yet detect a symptom to my knowledge but will highlight abnormal scans. AI is now being used to triage patients which is also for XRay

There was talk of how AI will hopefully be able to understand what type ofnCT a patient requires and will automatically adjust the CT table to make sure the patient gets the best image possible

A full body MRI scan to me sounds like a PET scan

I have worked in the nhs for twenty years and in radiology for three years

The best thing I have seen is the use of AI in renal which can assess a patients compatibility before a transplant

Not derailing as I am invested in this but just giving my thoughts
