There's no issues at all with selling. Quoting 1.67p for my 800k shares which suggests they don't currently have any big sellers. They clearly want them.

If Story is still holding all his 38.5m shares he currently owns 23% of the company.

It's important to note that if John Story executes his warrants for shares he will own 36% of the company which would prompt a mandatory offer for the company under rule 9 of the takeover code. This is likely another reason for the general meeting - to ask shareholders to waive this rule so he can own more than 30%. Either that or he's been selling some in recent weeks to get down to 29% once he converts. Either way it's good news as if there's a mandatory offer it has to be at the highest price from the last 12 months (only good if you bought in at least than 4p). If there isn't a mandatory offer then we have a cornerstone industry insider as a single massive shareholder who is able to defend against predatory takeovers at rubbish low prices. He is also likely to be added to the board to advise on strategy and help negotiate with luxury fashion houses for deals following the (hopefully) successful auction. All good stuff.

His warrants are exactly the reason we're back at 1.5p. Hence I sold during the last spike after it was revealed he held that option. But managed to get back in very close to 1.5p which should be the floor.

It won't move up until they announce something consequential such as the bag sells for a lot of money (£1m plus) or they sign a deal with a large fashion house. Also clarity on dilution/funding is needed for certainty. Cashing the warrants will give them £500k ish and maybe another £250k-500k depending on how much the bag sells for. But funding questions will still be asked. As I've said before, there's a good chance a hype spike happens around the auction, but after that the market wants something substantial.

Well he already has 38 million shares which used up BSF's annual share allowance in one hit. Then he has access to another 38 million in warrants at 1.5p which will need shareholders approval before he can access them as it tips them over their limit for the year.

It's just the company clearing the decks to allow Story to access his 1.5p warrants before the 11th.

you're calling me a ******* because? you're overexposed? if it goes to 3-4p before the auction on no news then cool as i make lots of money. but i suspect it doesn't move significantly without news or confirmation of a good price paid and cash coming back to the company.

Seriously, people need to pay attention to detail here. The share has never been 40p. All time high was just over 20p in 2023 and dwindled to below 2p from there. It went to nearly 4p a couple of times since on various T-Rex related news but never higher. You also have to consider dilution recently means MCAP is higher when the SP is still low. I agree that on a successful auction this should be 3-4p (between 5-10m MCAP) but only a deal with a luxury fashion house is going to propel it above 10p (10-20m MCAP).

And I didn't even mention how this project sits squarely in GB Energy's funding strategy for grants and/or equity stakes. Gov is clearly strategically aligned with MESH. S35 Project of National Significance, cap and floor, NSTA. It's so obvious where this is headed but as usual AIM is full of complete imbeciles who just shout "pump and dump" cos that's the cool thing to say.

You seem to be confused about how the project will be funded. They've said many times they're in talks with major banks and tier 1 partners about project financing. This will be 100s of millions in debt financing (not dilution) and underpinned by offtakes and cap and floor to provide security to the lenders. Equally they could agree to give up a % of the projects future earnings to a major to fully fund it. Historically smaller infrastructure companies will give up 25-50%. The NSTA licence and CAES feasibility now means those offtakes and financing conversations can be advanced with very low risk to the financers. It's an absolute game changer, and anyone saying different is either completely ignorant or deliberately trying to keep the price down for a lower entry or is shorting it. I expect initial financing/offtake agreements in the next couple of months.
