My Message with HL today
Dear Sir /Madam it with disappointing that i write to you I raised this issue with you last week and i regrettably accepted your decision, without serious challenge and i felt it necessary to write today after today's low quality service .
The share price is not live, this is not acceptable, I have considerable amount of shares with HL and this share is very volatile at the moment, buy and sell prices are required instantly.
I have been informed by other shareholders that you have contacted numerous people concerning the quality of your service.
I pay a substantial fee often (£11.95) for you to provide a quality service and i have to inform that i am not getting value for money. I'm sure your aware that there a number of platforms, whose charges are much lower than yours.
You will see from your records that i complained previously regarding your understanding of Corporate Actions and you paid compensation of £150.00 after i discussed the matter with the relevant Ombudsman.
I urge you get this sorted asap or I will move my funds to another company that can show me live prices.
I have to state the number of comments on social media about your service, must be of some concern to Hl Management.
I ask you to get this rectified ,you blamed a third party last week, very disappointed that you have not discussed the matter with the third party and even sought compensation for their service.
I phoned HL today on 4 separate occasions, in total 39 minutes wasted, all i got was Hl advertising its services.
This is simply not good enough , and if it is not resolved speedily i will consider appropriate action suited to my financial needs.
