Why does the share price keep getting held back ??

Amigo 2.0 refers purely to the future lending proposition within Amigo, (Amigo’s strategy).
This strategy, Amigo 2.0, is not expected to impact or change the corporate structure or shareholdings at Amigo Holdings PLC level. It is not a separate company.
If Amigo were to go into administration, it would be the whole company and Amigo 2.0, the strategy for that company, would not be pursued.

Hi Sch i'm still waiting for my reply regarding confirmation holdings will be automatically transferred to Amigo 2 although i have received email which clearly says this. 2 further questions arise when will the holdings transfer( Day 1) and the price per share?
Will amigo 2 price be like a new IPO ??

FYI - ( useful for Me at least) had confirmation that shares will remain with Amigo Holdings with Amigo 2 going forward
I see that as Win/win for shareholders of course we all want the SOA to be accepted customers.
Back of this topped up bringing average down
If anyone has a different view , please share as i'm a novice in shares holding implications and some of you are experts from what Ive read on here
