You have to question what CEO and Board were really doing ( perhaps just taking it down down down ) however our rep is now seeking a way out of this mess !!

There was a guy on the call last time ( cant remember his name) who asked a lot of pertinent questions and suggested he was willing to invest but the board wouldn't enter into meaningful discussions

Radika - that's why I'm suggesting we have EGM and see how many people support CEO and Chairman , Remember, Satminder Rai was brought in by these 2 , to look at ways forward and a "Buy Out" is part of the process

A new Chairman & CEO can be found maybe Mr.JB or his nominated person - you never know????
