RE: Warrants11 Jul 2020 19:35
Tomco have an obligation to RNS warrants being exercised, often these RNS,s are perceived by investors as negative, the counter argument is Tomco receives more funds, the recent raise of £1.5m from memory, had half a warrant attached at 0.8 so double the placing price, so Tomco receives £1.5m again from those warrants being exercised, however, imho it will require £2m + of buyers funds to wash them through, then the 1.5p warrants come into play shortly after.
As an investor in Tomco ask yourself will the appetite for shares be sufficient to wash both lots through? And is the near term news flow going to provide the impetus? I’ll let individuals decide that for themselves, but imho don’t bet the farm on it. Anyway, we were all new once, and I clearly remember the groan from my broker when I called to buy afpo at the top, ( good lesson learned) stay nimble and listen to both sides of a reasoned argument is my point.
