I've held these shares for 10 years in the belief they will rise like Lazarus. I have got this one wrong. If you at look at the share price performance and the behaviour of the major shareholder lOAM it looks to me as if the share price is being driven down to a point where the company can be bought out for nothing.

My bet is once the share price reached 11.5p LOAM and Miton as majority shareholders buy it out , re-organise with new strong management team and float. At 11.5p the business is valued at zero and the share price covers the assets value.
