I completely agree, definitely oversold and major bounce is incoming. I see it having a similar rise to bidstack, this should be at 15p for starters.
Launchpad which has been in development for 3.5 years is an intelligent platform that offers a digital experience on careers content and guides users to create their own purposeful career pathway. It is supported by key national partners such as Icould and the careers development institute. They are able to target for sales: 4,168 schools, 308 colleges, 106 universities, 3,800 Training and apprentiship providers and 19,150 employers that qualify for apprentiship levy. They are able to charge up to £23k on a yearly basis. The subscription is run on a SaaS model, meaning profit margins will be high, with most SaaS companies having 70-80% gross margin. . The launch pad software has been specifically designed to support the government mandate of delievering careers information as set out in the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. Schools will be required to fulfil each 8 of these principles which launchpad facilitated for or face offsted consequences. Also, the issue of bridging the UK skills gap which costs the UK tax payer £90bn per year. Which launchpad and VICTAR, specifically target, that is the essence of their product to ensure students select the courses which they are most suitable for. So it has taken nearly 4 years to develop, has opportunity to target thousands of institutions and generate recurring revenue with high gross margins, support the mandatory government requirements and help in bridging the UK skills gap. This is the level at which Dev Clever is operating at, and this is half of the education platform. Savvy investors know exactly where this company is heading.
Yes, this is the level to be buying at, a bargain, once the pendulum swings back in the right direction this will quickly revert back to year highs close to the 15p level. The price at these level offers huge value, considering the progress and the deals that Dev Clever has managed to complete.
You don’t have to take my word for it being profitable for years you only have to take some time out and have a look at the financial statements and you will see that I am correct. The company was profitable prior to the huge strides it has made in the last two months. With the cloud based engage platform and the launch of VICTAR, which is being sold at a high success rate, this completely transforms the company.
Business been developed for over five years, they are a profitable company and have constantly reinvested into the business to develop the technology. Company didn’t need to list as was already profitable but listed to grow to other places across the world. Also a main reason for listing was to expand the networks with major global brands. The CEO himself is holding 70% of the shares in issue. Engage is the most established, developed of the brands has taken over 4 years to develop into what it is now. It allows brands and retailers to control there consumer incentive campaigns without need to mitigate risk by restricting participation or ensuring against over redemption. As a result it can offer consumers higher value incentives. Many other brands involved in same space are unable to do this, hence making this an attractive alternative for blue chip brands. Gamification alleviates the risks for brands. It has already done campaigns for companies like J20, Drench and Britvic. It has now developed a cloud based delivery of incentives that allows the platform to connect with partners so Dev Clever can extend the proposition to multiple chains, brands and territories. The completion of the cloud based platform has dramatically improved efficiency. So the company are now in a position to develop and deploy games to meet high demands from customers. Dev Clever are already talking to brands to introduce the PLC in Europe and further outfield than that.
This is a short summary as to why the educate platform, only one of the three branches of the business will be so profitable. VICTAR has been developed in collab with schools etc, it uses VR to engage users in to their future careers. It’s supports the government mandatory criteria as it fulfils the 8 Gatsby benchmarks. It also helps the national reform skill programme to tackle the UK skills gap which costs £80bn a year. More than 50% of schools we have met have already signed up. The adoption is way beyond our expectations already in advanced talks with career funding initiatives to subsidise costs in schools which will lead to high growth in this. Already forecasting way ahead of growth predictions. In terms of funding dev clever is way ahead of where it should be. 1. Fully funded business 2. Ahead of growth predictions 3. Lots of news flow to come
These prices equate to a huge bargain. Buyers at these levels will be rewarded. Don’t expect that it will take much buying to take this back up sharply.

Can’t understimate the importance of such a meeting, shows the national importance of the education offering of Dev Clever.
That’s a great find. Any idea how much this Manchester tender will be worth. Very encouraging to see these opportunities arising.
Think we will see an RNS once it’s decided how much funding they shall receive.
It doesn’t need confirming via a tweet, it’s clear to see dev clever are involved via Solihull College & University Centre.
They all are exceptional, it’s just a matter of which of the 3, makes the waves first.
Look at my messages below, it’s quiet clear there is a link to Dev Clever
Time to get excited?
It seems Dev Clever through Solihull College & University Centre are at the centre of the proposed £170m government funding.
Solihull College & University Centre have already won a National FE first golf award for their use of the immersive technology.
Prior to the launch of launchpad and Victar, Solihull College & University Centre were the main partners to Dev Clever in testing during the beta stage. Huge news!
Just had a closer read of the articles. Think you may have missed something. It does in fact mention Solihull College & University Centre, as one of the 12, institutions of technology, and that institution was one of the first to incorporate Launchpad and VICTAR.
Thanks for the link, is Dev Clever mentioned in this?
