Management holds 2.6% but I believe a whole bunch of options also, do those options count to increase the share amount they hold?

Hello all, a newbie here so please excuse me if I am not familiar with all aspects of Ithaca, just wondering about the speculation on what a take out price maybe, I believe I am correct to say in Jan. 2012 they had talks about an offer and the stock closed at 2.82 although I don't think the takeout price was ever released, since then the production potential has grown significantly, the production cost has decreased and likely to go lower, with the successful completion of FPF, further development in Stella field and other assets the company has been de risked some, would all that not add up to a significant increase in that potential price?
