You’d also have to ask, why now? Why not wait to be cheaper if as you suggest they will be going for less than 20p soon on the open market.

As you quite rightly said, the CEO did sell to cover the transaction and tax cost, but not this time, Morisson has converted these from his own pocket as far as we know.

I’m well aware of how many warrants there are remaining and when they expire thank you, I’d even suggest there are quite a few less than the 4.9 million due to expire in July as some aside from this 200k will have been converted already.

Firstly, as a director we would have to have been informed if he forward sold to cover the cost of 200k warrants.

Secondly there are less than 5m warrants to convert before July this year, not 8m

Also as I understand it, the warrants including capital gains due makes the minimum price 23.6p? (20p x 18%) otherwise they’re not worth taking? Or am I missing something?

Well I’ll revisit that 43p buy in a years time and see if it was foolish or not

And just for info as you are interested, I’ve bought as low as 13p and as high as 43p and will continue to buy until I reach my share target
