Hope wanted his interest and changes to way co run.
FRR did not for whatever reason pay interest and instead took Hope to court for reasons RNSd.
I see that as FRR claimed Hope failed in fiduciary duties etc. That is FRR claimed.
A counter claim would be if Hope then raised an action against FRR?
I was not aware that Hope raised an action against FRR in court, just lodged a defense against the claim?

That said we are still where we are. Chris and bugsyb thanks for continuing research filling the void a little. Appreciate both your efforts very much. We could be in this state of limbo for a while yet but so long as work continuing on site there is a chance we will come out the other side relieved and smiling.

contra. You will have a fairly recent statement of some sort.

There is no inner circle in evidence on FSHG. It is for everyone who wishes to join and validate their holding. There is however evidence there are inner circles on this bb because a number of s/holders have met at s/h meetings, held shares for a very long time and got to know and trust eachother. Why would they not discuss matters offline as friends do (even if you were going to steal a march on us but shares got suspended before you could :) )
PS I am not part of that group. As with all shares you have to DYOR and trust your own judgement at the end of the day rightly or wrongly.

They are not asdking for your address or who your broker is. You can photocopy a recent ISA statement with everything blanked out except your name and FRR holding. whether it is 100,000 or 10,000,000 shares nobody cares except the individual holding the shares.
Neither is it compulsary to give your bb screen name.......but as always up to each individual.

Unfortunately as we have seen things do not always move forward as fast as we would wish. Would think that mid 3/19 for relist is pushing it but a potential relist at some point is good news. The court process and any potentisal OOC settlement has to take precedence for now. Then we can move forward.

Here's hoping this week brings good news if court action "stayed" pending or because of OOC settlement.

FRR RNSs have a habit of coming from left field where least expected. If T39 has been a success and is what has kept the lights on for the last 10 months then we could be in with a chance of some decent news for a change.

Could we please have news that OR gone, new finance in place, EWT results for T39 and a programme for 2019 drilling including Niko 1 along with BH and BP (and for good measure please also tell us that a new gas well is to be drilled and SAOG happy with progress. What a peach of an RNS that would be.............. my FRR wish list ...........no more waking up to the usual angst.

Interesting that you mentioned counter claim. I am not a solicitor but this occurred to me at the time of the original RNS re court action and I took it as a positive that none was seen at the time and now a four months later still no evidence of counter claim and his defence was not filed by original date requested. Discovery documents and emails could tell a story we have not till now been made aware of. There has to be more than what we have seen to make a case for ALL the charges made against Hope.
