Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
raising $600k very easily, and they could have done more - i'd guess these will explode across social media and the like as the next big thing in wearables.
Very useful this will be to millions of people, maybe billions, and across many variables/sectors, can see this company alone valued at £100m.
Quality Management and BOD here.
That's my estimated inherent value for their IP.
Won't come overnight, and their will be a few small placings along the way.
But if you buy a grand here - you could be laughing in a couple of years.
Excellent risk/reward.
Multiple avenues for exits from other investments they have.
A profitable business to keep the base case NAV at 10p.
Highly respected and savvy BOD and management across all companies.
Be surprised if we aren't over £10 in 24 months.
Let's see.
All the best for 2021

Mighty fine indeed
The penny's finally dropped, WYLD is going to see TERN in the hundreds of millions of pounds on the market cap.
Even ole DA is coming into it's own.
Ditto the above.
Buy a grands worth of shares, and you might have a hundred of them grands in 12 months.
;)
ignore the poor man. he's in an institution.
INVMA's recent £900k contract with a Multi National is what you have to look at here Rhodi.
More than 50% of that will fall to the bottom line.
This is a SAAS company now, the market for Asset Minder is worth $50Billion +
Tern own a share in the actual software (asset minder).
INVMA should get floated off north of £50m is my guess.
Highly cash generative.
As I said yesterday in my Valuation Metrics - InVma is worth half of the current mk cap of TERN.
Now we have a serious CEO who will grow the company to easily £100m. (£50m to TERN)
The revenue run rate is growing exponentially.
Wait till the news from a Trillion Dollar company drops on the DA news feeds!
Look carefully, it's out there.
Several references.
Did I say Google?
Look and learn who Venafi and DA are working with.......
$1 Trillion Company.
Who's going to buy DA first - $2 Billion Venafi? Probably couldn;t afford $1 billion for 50%.
Google? or Microsoft?
Who needs them more?
My Guess is Microsoft would battle it out with them.
One has to look at what's happening in the "marketplace(s)!!"
:)))))))
very much agree. no need for that sort of lying on a public forum.
Oh and by the way Sir, shakin, this is too - you might be surpised to hear that the value of a technology IP company is in its???
exactly...its Patented Portfolio of which DA alone has over 13 granted and a few pending.
The IP is the Gold.
Google seem to think so!
And Bosch
And Microsoft
And nCipher
And other German Automotive Companies
Think of £10 per share of Tern.
It's where this is going.
Good Day
Solution is right here for all Connected Cars , EV's.
Authentication Security For Automotive.

$$$$$$$$ BILLIONS
The directors have said that they have had offers for DA in the past that were in excess of the market cap, I remember reading that from someone who was at one of the AGM's/ Technology Events a couple of years ago.
There's no way the board would accept anything less than half a billion for a 50% stake imo.
DA is just coming into its own, with Connected Cars soon to be standard, Keyscaler plays a pivitol role in Automotive security, to name but one lucrative vertical.
Well DA have a strong foothold in this area.
Not to mention OTA Security, Connected Cars Security.
The amount of Code inside a new car is 100's of million lines of code.
In a self driving car 10 times that.
KS can secure all that.
Even if they only get 5% of that market - that's $4B in revenues alone for the Auto Vertical.

One of the largest companies in the universe kids.
And if they're using KS, or even if they're not, it means considerable multi billion dollar value to DA's SAAS KS Platform.
Because there is a Trillion Dollar Market here.
For £10 pounds a share, name that company?
Recently, we’ve seen increased interest in using PKI in DevOps and device management, particularly for IoT devices,” ****** said “But one of the most fundamental problems with PKI remains — it’s hard to set up Certificate Authorities, and even harder to do it reliably at scale. These issues are front and center for these growing use cases.”
I'd urge the more eagle eyed of you to look carefully at the "Venafi" news online, and see which other companies it "connects DA to" without mentioning the name.
VERY INTERESTING
" AT SCALE ( millions and millions ) "
Who else could it be!!!
All the best

Shaker - I put a conservative val on DA so as to not get unwanted "you're ramping it mate" comments, but sure, totally agree with you and your comparison valuation.
DA is a monster of a tech company, securing the IOT, "best in class" - unrivalled - at scale - we could well see a Unicorn Valuation.
WHen you have something unique - which keyscaler is - in a Trillion Dollar market, i think the only way for another company to get it is to write a very large cheque indeed.
KS is getting gradually more and more 'embedded' into the IOT - the automotive deal was but one of many unannounced due to confidentiality agreements. Partners are rolling out KS embedded into many millions of devices. It can only grow and grow.
It's all about scale.
List this on Nasdaq, you'll soon see some lightspeed scale and a $1B + Val.
Well Rhod, are you from the valleys my friend?
Yes, i think that the market is missing the inherent value here.
Al and the team are v shrewd, their are some series tech heads within the advisory board that are meticulous when it comes to picking and investing in companies.
This is our opportunity.
You and I cannot get access to companies like they have access too.
Both here and in the states.
They have the contacts and people and companies come to them.
I expect we will see new and very exciting growth tech companies being added soon, and a certain amount of corporate activity with regard to M&A and Exits/IPO's.
Read this article to the bottom.
Illuminating.
https://siliconangle.com/2020/05/14/cybersecurity-consolidation-venafi-acquires-kubernetes-startup-jetstack/
Correct.
My skepticism has turned to positivism, most definitely.
There's been a notable uplift in activity across the TERN stable and within TERN itself.
DA is a Gem, easily worth $200m and perhaps a lot more if it is IPO'd.
Some interesting developments I've noted is Venafi bought Jetstack in May of this year.
Microsoft bought CyberX. I could go on.
I think DA could well be pounced on.
Venafi would dearly love to own Keyscaler, it would give even a $1B or $2B company like them a massive edge.
This is why I believe TERN is undervalued by about 15 times.
WYLD is a $70m to $100m company every day of the week.
I think it's got a tremendous opportunity. across many verticals.
There's $300m reasons to like TERN.
Venafi are a multi billion pound privately held co at the mo.
Intel amongst others back them.
DA work very closlely with them, and Venafi is a v acquisitive player.....
Watch out. they could well have tried to buy KS off DA/ buy DA, but the management would want in excess of $200m i suspect.
Microsoft is another that regulaly buys up small co's for its stable.
Keyscaler is unique, a lot of co's would love to own the tech.
