Yes, I agree, but I thought I did well buying at 880 the other day... lol ! Everything is being slashed for even a hint of bad news (ARM down 5% yesterday in 2 hours due to Apple) and no good news seems to be good enough for a rise.

This might be behind today's fall (or rather, it is): Eutelsat Communications SA plummeted 31 percent after cutting its profit forecasts for this year and the next.

The news from the sector appears to be positive and yet the share price has been falling slowly but steadily since the results. Curious.

I have to say that I find this share pretty frustrating: it's trading low but doesn't seem to want to go anywhere. Yet it's swinging 5% up and down almost on a daily basis.

What is the point of spreading all this negativity? Aviva is down this week, broadly in line with the rest of the market.
