SEPU's financial position is precarious. From a recent RNS: "Sepura has entered into an agreement with its lenders to defer the 31 March 2017 covenant tests to 15 May 2017 (with an option to further defer to 31 May 2017 in certain circumstances)." They haven't been saying anything about the worth of these recently signed contracts. Last half-year report (November, for the period ending 31 September 2016) stated a Pretax loss of €62.1 million (H1/16: profit €6.2 million). Net debt stood at €89.2 million. NO. You better read that RNS again, and then the one from 08:08AM. What occurred was a transfer of accounts managed on a discretionary basis by Henderson Group Plc to Lombard Odier Investment Managers group.

From Citywire article published on 02 Nov, 2016: Lombard Odier Investment Managers has acquired a $1 billion (£812 million) team from Henderson Global Investors subsidiary AlphaGen Capital. The Volantis investment management team manages UK equity long/short and long-only strategies. The eight-person team will join Lombard Odier IM’s hedge fund strategy platform, 1798, and will be based in London. The news comes after Henderson agreed to a mega merger with Janus Capital. The transition of the team is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2017, after which the alternative funds and sub-manager of the long-only fund currently managed by the Volantis investment management team will be moved across to Lombard Odier IM.

You're right Gerry, about hindsight trading... I haven't sold because I genuinely thought that it was 'moving in the right direction', and was calm about (rather than greedy). It didn't occur to me that things will (very quickly!) turn around. I guess I was just annoyed with myself and 'my logic' which hasn't served me well in the past few weeks I'll try and be more positive :-)

We're now almost back to referendum-day lows... v disappointing, in particular given their international exposure and online presence. They're different to JL (who are now actually expensive for what they offer) and they should pick up some business from BHV. Or at least that was my logic. However, I'm now regretting not having exited last week at 64. Wonder when we'll see that again?

Yes, they did issue a profit warning on the day after the referendum, but so have Easy Jet and look what happened to their share price when they published Q3 results last week...it went straight back to post referendum low. That's what's worrying me here.

Yes, it does *seem* cheap, but then again many airlines do at the moment. The SP was quick to fall last week, but does not seem to want to recover (American Airlines on Friday and Ryanair today did nothing for IAG which is just drifting downwards). Given their global network and non-UK earnings, how much do you think they will really suffer from terrorism in Europe and Brexit? I wonder what the results on Friday will do to the SP: I am anxious as I really don't want to see it below 400!
