Was for a minute yesterday regretting not selling around the 100p mark but having seen how quick this can move and further FLU-V data due "very shortly", being out waiting for a better entry seemed too risky.
And paying higher than yesterday's closing price. Wouldn't be doing so unless highly confident of excellent returns on investment.
Was 6.00 when I 1st checked it. Then someone pointed out it had changed to 5. Refreshed page and it changed. Was 6p before I posted about it.
You're right. Just refreshed BPC Website page and it's changed. Daily high says 5p above.... we know that's rubbish. That 1 trade is a pain in the backside. Hope the guilty mm who posted it has tomorrow off
BPC website shows current price 6.00. Also some good reading on their plans and potential.
Still can't see any RNS's on this ****ty website!! Few and far between with WEB I know but Still! Also don't like when you click on the conversations on the left it takes you into the topic thread rather than the entire conversation. If it ain't broke!!!!
I know, last amend on the 15th which was Friday. Still goes under heading S7900 if amended. There was a meeting this morning and the Senate majority leader said "I think any chance of reaching full agreement is dead". It will pass but just not today. I'd love to wake up tomorrow and be proven wrong, I'm invested big here. When the Indian casino owners objected last week I had doubts. They've raised issues still be be addressed, issues that weren't dealt with in Friday's amendment. There's not been enough time. For me though and as stated in last RNS, it's the potential partnerships that are the winner here. There's already been a few announced in the states, big ones. CDI who run the Kentucky Derby are desperate to get in big after the laws changed in May. A mach up with WEB for example who be huge.
Been following a local journalist in Albany who's reporting the bill. Said at 2pm NY time (7pm our time) "no hearings scheduled for the committees where the sports bill resides". Have also just checked the NY Senate website and bill S7900 not on today's callander. They do however go well into the night our time so something can still happen by morning. But looks very doubtful now.
Although not a state where Watchandwager have a licence, Rhode Island to start legal sports betting 1st Oct. The state are to take a whopping 51% of the revenues, expected to generate £23.5m in 2019. Rhode Island is a small state with a 1.1m population. Those kind of revenues will get the big states eager to pass, massive income to be make in state coffers. Come on New York!!
Being reported that another amended bill was put forward late Friday so NY could still pass this week. Things move really fast in the N.Y. political scene. Will be keeping a close eye on this because it'll give this a good shot in the arm if passed.
Bought into MATD back in Feb in the 9's and due to circumstances had to sell, decent profit and wasn't amused having to sell! Been keeping an eye on things since. Yes things have slowed and the placing isn't great but it's only going on me way now. Weeks away from spud. Hold tight and you'll make money. Mr Buck knows what he's doing.
Was a rise after the New Jersey news, but started falling back before NY problems were reported in news. So even if New York does pass, could be another 15% daily rise followed by a fall back like now. Legal sports betting is inevitable in nearly all the states (think there's a couple totally against it most likely in the bible belt) so rises and falls after each state passes isnt the big picture. It's if someone wants in on the licences WEB hold to some juicy states. I'm holding till news,
They'd reached an agreement on the bill to be presented but has since met opposition. It's basically all happened too quick. The lawmakers adjourn for the year soon until next year. Got till the 20th June so needs a miracle.
It's highly unlikely NY will be passing their sports betting bill this year. Was looking forward to that as it would've sparked more interest. But on the plus side, WEB have a licence there and sports betting is inevitable. West Virginia likely to be next. And it's the inevitability of nationwide sports betting that makes WEB attractive. Not when each state comes online.
