May be CRA and/or ZCI will have to give up some of shareholding from existing 60 and 40% each to accommodate Fujax and/or new investor.

But Creditors approval to restructuring of liabilities/debt is key. Hopefully CRA management will keep shareholders interest alive in all these discussions given CRA have invested a lot of money in fixing the mine which shouldn't be ignored by administrators. See where we end up with this.

Outrageously incompetent management/BOD I have ever come across. Looks like we got stitched up after plant repairs by these crooks, outright immoral. Karma will have its day reserved for these crooks. Remember the names!

This seems like a voluntary administration by CRA directors as a final push to see if creditors can agree to some sort of deal to maximize chances for better returns for them if company is allowed to continue as opposed to whats possible in immediate liquidation/winding up.

This sort of deal with creditors is essential before anyone can even consider financing it (existing or new players).

Anyways thats what I understand from today's rns...

Copper is down almost 20% from 2018 highs, however forecasts are good for copper in 2019 and hopefully it will start sustained upward movement now..

Kevin's big stake in this gives me glimmer of hope..lets see

Copper prices will play big role for viable business plan going forward. Trade war, slowing China economy and Brexit uncertainty are some of the key issues that are holding copper prices down and also affecting investments in mining/EV industry at the moment.

If copper prices moves towards 2018 highs soon then the game is on i reckon. Fingers crossed.

Agreed mate, Mowana is our core project with potential for 14 years of production at 21k tonnes annually with DMS, over 1.3m tonnes of copper resource. Mowana is a great asset and profits over the time will be many multiples of total current debts if operated professionally..Fujax and ZCI knows this very well so they are trying to take over..see what Kevin and Roy come up with.

Lets hope so he has something up his sleeve as risk of Mowana folding is growing rapidly now..Mowana isn't our only project so CRA will still be around whatever happens to Mowana..i reckon Mowana will get one more chance if they have investor ready on side lines..lets see

See what courts say on this as CRA is opposing judicial management to keep their control on this I guess. This is very likely to end up with provisional liquidators now as both parties seems be happy with that.

Kevin seems to suggest its not dead yet so lets see...still some hopes here imo.

Its very simple here, IF CRA comes back with full funding and then confirmation of nameplate production then this share will be one of the best performing share in 2019 - no doubts.

Yes, effectively 73-75% Mowana ownership is with key players (ZCI, Kevin and II's) so they have much bigger stakes here than us PI's..Its in their interest to sort out finance issues without much dilution..lets see

Mowana has got over 1m tonnes of copper resource (reserve/measured,indicated put together)....thats worth many multiples of current debts/mcap to be honest..Just need finance/plant sorted.

Agreed, I think funding will happen and if Kevin delivers on operations then this share could go a long way in 2019..this pause could very well prove to be a blessing in disguise in the end...I think this forced reset button will help to have a proper hard look at funding/operations now to put things on more stable footings going forward....Good luck.

Agree, They will come back with proper funding, debt restructuring and more importantly with more stable plant/operations with access to better grade ores. Just need all parties to come together and find a way forward and make Mowana a success - they are close i think.

Also CRA does have other projects which imo justifies current mcap however Mowana is a core project for short/medium terms. Fingers crossed for positive outcome soon.
