Hopefully the funding is coming via the possible 100 million reyel agreement if signed off. Or don't forget we have the bp off take agreement to. Something big is hopefully building here
Hopefully a Take Out is on the cards here
Great news, lets get drilling folks
So much for the HOT RIG this thing sounds like a clapped out pile of junk
this labour conference is like being back in a 1970's time zone, mcdonnell's idea of £10 minimun wage and companies having to pay people shares?? anyone fancy going back to a 3 day week? will there be any business's left in if this lot gain power. typical labour big ideas and no money to back it all up. next thing they will say diane abbot will be chancellor
well what ever happens lets just hope something works with brexit because if this labour party ever get in then the economy will probably collapse, does this mcdonnell bloke actually realse that peoples pensions are reliant on the stock market doing well, his crazy ideas of re nationlizing everything will sink the stock market in no time, where does he beleave all the money would come from to run all these services?? the councils are now going skint through lack of funding so where does he then think moeny will comes from to upgrade and maintain, water / energy / railways / very worrying times if this lot ever get into power
Well the placing was at 1p and the people who bought in would be 40% under water if they sold out now. I would love to know what is said in these aim placings which makes people part with 9 million quid. Usually after a placing the share price goes up as its done at a discount to current share price!!!!
if you read the update again, it says lack of wind and the rain that effected our hydro and wind farms, its got nothing to do with what energy people use in the summer more to do with a very dry summer and no wind!!! if the turbines don't turn we don't earn.plus add on the fact gas prices have shot up.
yep good point workover regarding fortuna sale. when i bought in here at 40p i was in my head i was writing fortuna off so any funding etc will be a bonus. even if we get a funding deal its going to be a few years before production. santos deal is good giving us a total production of all assets of 25k a day times say conservative estimate 60 dollar oil is a lot of revenue and cash flow.
all though i never buy into takeover rumours one wonders why someone has not tried to low ball bid this at current market cap. to think what pavillion paid over a billion dollars for a 20% share of one of our big gas finds make this current share price the biggest mystery ever. i am sure the new guy is working hard behind the scenes to turn this round as proven by the quick tie up of the santos deal. just hope we use the next 4 months trying to sell fortuna off rather then trying to find funding
good posts my friend as you state the share price here is a joke. just a shame cooper did not buy them ready producing assets like santos sooner before burning through all that money. what needs to happen here now is sell off fortuna and tanzania even if we get half what they are worth and reinvest money in more producing assets as it will be years before fortuna and tanzania return any revenue. santos deal is a smart deal although it will put us in debt it will be a good debt as we will be returning a revenue straight away. mm's will do to this what they done to genel 50p / rkh 18p/ pmo 19p but in the end in the end the fundamentals will always come out. with small debt on balance sheet once we have 25 k barrels a day the profit will roll in.
Yes i bet the people who tooked part in the placing are chuffed. They could have bough in today at over 30% cheaper.
where did you hear that your version of events are what is going to happen?? piltick just stated was what has been reported was said by the bod at the agm
if you go to the sirius petroleum website click on the AD document that sirius released last year, everything is in there regarding what the bod have in shares plus options
Calm down with the wild predictions, we are all here to hopefully make some money but lets not forget some folk have been waiting nearly 10 years for a return on this so not sure if you have been invested 5 minutes or 5 years but lets just wait to the rig finally get moving before we will then see the share price head up a bit.
my point exactly, the pets at home i visited was at a out of town retail park, the car park was rammed full so all this talk of retail shops all going to the wall is rubbish. most people like to talk in person to people and touch and buy physical items, you can't do that on line.
i visited 2 pets at home shops yesterday, both were very busy and staff most helpfull. i needed some advice at very short notice and was dealt with in a very professional manner. if you have a problem with your pet then apart from pets at home how many other pet retail shops ( all over the country ) can you walk into on a sunday and get help and advice at short notice???
what makes you think we might get a consolidation in the near term?
hope so i've been here nearly 4 years now and still waiting on that blockbuster bit of news
