why? seen the amount off cash this business is throwing off? Operating profit margins are vast compared with almost any other sector. Its a good business to be in, obvious when you look around at the amount of housebuilding going on. I live in the South East and even here almost every village has a site under development providing a mixture of executive and "affordable" homes. These homes are being built for real people as opposed to pension funds or hot money as is the case in London. The problem we have in TW is that the bulk of our shares are traded automatically through algos by the institutions and prop desks and imo the process can easily be skewed one way or the other by the "planting" of headlines. we have seen the share price tank over the last few months on little or no evidence that the fundamental economics behind housebuilding is changing to extent meriting a 20% decline
