Biglad- Which is exactly what I was saying after the presentation,we have been mislead there has been no duty of care and there has been negligence.When I raised it before it was dismissed but clearly the contract ended on 01 Oct it wasn't checked untill 24Nov apparently.54 days untill checking but in meantime when announcing Dam contract 01 Nov states that contract would not stop ODX honouring contract with DHSC .Something's not right there
