Well I seem to have paid two buy to let mortgages off in the last 15 years ,sold those two properties paid most of my residential mortgage off and still have capital left alao I have a large amount of shares here so I don't think my money skills are too bad

Best plan is to have paid your mortgage off before you start risking your money by buying and selling shares .Deary me are you not as good as this as you've been trying to lead us to believe.
