Atan has been posting along with Captain Swag that the dispute would go against company for months /years. Company has repeatedly said in more than one RNS that after legal advice they would not have to pay back the money.

Captain Swags most recent post about this on 12 Dec 2024 ' plus the gov dispute hanging overhead like the sword of Damocles. If that goes against the company as I expect it will £2.5m will need to be paid back'

So another naysayer who was wrong I posted that best to listen to what company was saying about dispute as opposed to posters on here who repeatedly posted they had no shares or would be buying. Company bound to know more than them

Don't forget the £2.5m has been deposited separately, so the interest should cover at least half if not all the legal costs.

Been up since 4.30a.m,made breakfast, washed dishes went shopping, made lunch, washed dishes, given medication this morning, 7 tablets, 3 tablets this evening. Made tea, washed dishes, just given 2 more tablets. Throughout the day made conversation with my mother encouraging improving her speech, helped her with exercising her leg and arm. Arm alot better than before but leg has occasional limp dragging motion. Not the busiest day but company, assistance, encouragement helping to get better than she was. Another weak attempt by a supposed lorry driver who attempts to ridicule and insult others here. Back in your court.
