Well thus is what certain posters on here have been implying for ages now, they have done what they have intended to do, but why continue doing so?
re RNS company is confident that they will not have to pay back pre production payment, and damages should be paid to ODX.
They are also confident that they will receive further £4m payment from Accubio for the sale of their Visitect CD4 test which has been deposited with solicitors. After receiving this money and the government dispute is resolved, that money will be used to increase sales in their profitable Health and Nutrition business. A further upto £1m royalty payment connected to sales of CD4 tests will later be paid. This company has stopped a £500,000 a month loss by doing this. Sounds to be in a good position after announcing two recent partnerships and presentation due next week.
All this is in RNSs so not just a posters opinion.
