LesMondo With the shares acquired as apart of the agreement the 7 million debt is nothing compared to the possible potential of the sp. We all know the risk but in my eyes the rewards are far greater then the risk here.If Hercules were to press what would they get? the company would be dislisted and much of that 7 million wouldnt be repaid if they support the company potentially they could have a good pay day

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't this statement mean that it's in Hercules intrest for "Mofit Bio" to succeed
