You would look at the 50 million shares ( only) and say there will be dilution but to progress the company and assets, I would be happy with that . Low amount of shares available let's hope they do it right and not skyrocket them.

As someone who has and still holds shares from when BCN started out and buying at £1+ these share price to me has been manipulated to remain low ( no I can't prove it of course) but this is a sell out cop out crooked simple as.
I always thought Secker would come through even in the doldrums but true colours have been seen .
