Like you thinker my average is close to your, but I take comfort in the NAV being so high compared to the MCAP. This surely has to re-rate soon, AIMO north. MAFL's investments will make an interesting read when they update and issue an update.
Good points Accieslad. Howdens have plowed a huge amount of financial investment over previous years into their supply chain and operations and that strategy is clearly paying off now. Nice to see the Euro rate favourable again which will helps Howdens which continues to source product from Euro zone as well as a strong UK production operation.
I wonder how much cash is sat there in the bank of Howden. Surely has to be close to £500m.
Profit expectations are towards the top end of expectations which when you consider the trading conditions is incredible.
Good time to top up Accieslad and I hope for you that the £2bn is reached this year as that would smash your £10 target - lets wait and see. Agree France now looks strong, new director of operations clearly having an impact and I expect this will be a huge potential market for Howdens once model roll out picks up pace.
Lots of people I talk are having Howdens kitchens fitted as builders have being having difficulty sourcing them from else where, somehow Howdens have managed to keep their supply chains wide open. Very impressive.
Nice to see this return to the £9 position again. As per trend in previous years the SP takes a dip during main sales periods and then jumps up as the cash starts to flow back in from those sales when credit is settled
T/o based on early profit updates look like 2021 could be a £2bn t/o year, and having started the year with a strong cash position this looks like it could become a pivotal year for Howdens. imo.
Anyone wanted to take a position on what T/o will be ?
Some big buys going on on both sides
Its up, just did dummy trade and looks good. Any reason for the jump?
"We're funded and supplying TESLA ffs has anyone told the market"......... why is this the case, surely IRR would want it on the front page of the website? May be a contractual obligation as part of the offtake agreement
Someone must agree that this is going north. 2,000,000 buy gone through
From the RNS
"We have returned our best drill intersection to date with the highest metal content observed (lithium grade multiplied by meters) for the resource expansion programme at the Ewoyaa North target.
"The resource expansion drilling programme has now been completed and we will maintain momentum with five drill rigs currently active on site for the resource infill programme.
"The board remains confident the additional exploration targets will increase resource scale and improve project economics, where we have defined Ghana's first lithium JORC compliant resource of 14.5Mt at 1.31% Li2O, within 110km of an operating deep-sea port.
"Infill resource, metallurgical and hydro monitoring drilling is well underway in addition to metallurgical test-work in support of planned Feasibilty Studies.
"The Company is ideally positioned to take advantage of the increasing demand for lithium due to its role in the stored energy transition and looks forward to keeping shareholders up to date as the Ewoyaa Project progresses."
Great news - IRR are really moving now. More Lithium at a time when there is a huge shortage coming with teh ongoing explosion of electric cars !!! Great time to jump in now IMO
I had 2 sells reported as buys on Friday - agree don't trust LSE reporting.
Will be interesting to see what the dilution of shares does next week as 50m+ to be added shortly, maybe even Monday opening
Good post antelope. Plus there is more pressure than ever for sourcing of materials to be done close to manufacturing bases as the tolerance for shipping materials around the globe for production is limited, it ends up as bad press for the automotive guys.
Did not think I would get the opportunity for entry at this point so happy to top up here. If 80p is good for John Story this level is good enough for me.
So now that Zoetic now have approval to proceed do retailers have to remove other products without approval from sale and if so does anyone know if this is with immediate effect or if there is a honeymoon period
Good signs on HL - will quote me to sell decent amounts of 90K + but cant buy in any sizable volume - clearly demand out there to fulfill
Clearly LDA see Zoetic as a safe investment and is great to how the growth plans are coming together. Well done Zoetic for again putting in place another well considered, well executed building block in making this a major international company.
More than 1.5m shares traded today - the majority are buys. People getting in at this price is a good sign for the future.
