Good to see new initiative being taken over pensions. A strong indicator to other countries (India?) that where this highly professional company invests in new gem mining enterprises it not only creates taxable income it creates jobs and local benefits ethically.
Yes folks. Sales at Faberge go into the black on sales of their "Traffic Light of Colours" range of ethically sourced gemstone encrusted duelling pistols. Will this turn into a rugby enthusiasts love in, or will the contestants simply shoot it out.
now on the expansion plans would be interesting. I feel India is now the key, progress on permission to acquire mines and sales of branded jewellery. Management here has well led drive and initiative, thank you.
The amount of coverage in magazines and national dailies must have put the firm in front of many new eyes. Small percentage of ruby deposit so far being exploited with greater promise of greater riches. Lastly the promise of new mines with eventual new income and a greater public awareness. For clash between ericeric and pals and Riz1234uk and pals I recommend a visit to SOLG board. First consult GEM broker ratings and GEM charts above , then wing over to SOLG and take a similar look. I wish every investor, here and in SOLG the very best of luck with all their investments.
On Gemfields twitter there is an excellent and very comprehensive description of the Kagem emerald mine made during a visit by GIA, also a link to their Montepuez visit. An opportunity to view the importance of these mines and the sheer professionalism of the company. Not surprising other gemstone countries are encouraging Gemfields.
Let us hope that mining for sapphires as well as the trading of sapphires can take place in Sri Lanka. With the purchase of a sapphire mine and a ruby mine in India, and an emerald mine in Colombia, the development of the Madagascan assets, an office in Dubai selling directly to jewellery manufacturers, retailers and private investors the prospects are there for an eventual substantial increase in turnover. For the present, profits will need to be directed at these developments to the longer term benefit of shareholders and local populations.
