Agreed. Think the update might go into May. Will certainly be interesting.
Note: On Richland Gemstone website, The Richland Difference. Peace of mind. Merelani Tanzanite Certificate. Note the date 17/12/2015. Just saying.
Have a brilliant Easter.
My statements are taken solely from the company's own website. "Behind the scenes we also have a wide selection of fine, loose tanzanite gemstones and one of the world's largest assortments of extremely rare, investment grade tanzanite gemstones over 25 carats Firstly: Obviously profits from own mined gems should be more profitable when cut and polished. Secondly: I would advise no holder of shares in this company to sell. I want people to buy in order to enhance the share price. I am sure that is what other shareholders seek. Thirdly: As the Richland Gemstones site was created long after their departure from Tanzania they think it worthwhile to market tanzanite. I personally wish them luck with any variety of gemstone that they market and commend them in their efforts. Of course if the company's website is no longer relevant then you would be right in your efforts to get it amended. Finally: You say the products are sourced from third party jewellers. This is at odds with company statement "direct from local miners". Now either you or the company are right. If you are right then we must question every statement that the company has made. Have an excellent Easter, enjoy your Easter eggs.
RNS 4583G 4th March 2015. 5.1 million dollar sale of Tanzania operations concluded. Followed three months later by: RNS 2271S 6th July 2015. The Company is also delighted to announce the launch of its online, Business-to-Consumer (B2C), sales platform; richlandgemstones.com. This online platform develops the success of the Company's tanzaniteone.com consumer business and offers retail consumers the opportunity to buy fully certificated loose cut gemstones or set jewellery. For launch, an extensive range of tanzanite products under the newly developed Merelani Tanzanite brand are available. Need I say more?
Colins14 Do you work for the company? The company seem to be placing a considerable emphasis on the sale of tanzanite. Are the following web statements all lies? "our team uses unrivalled knowledge and unique field-based experience to service and select the very best Tanzanite direct from local miners." "Our exclusive access to the Merelani Mines". Mr Mpungwe Non-Executive has an enormous connection to Tanzania, look at his file. Businesses and formerly Tanzanian ambassador to South Africa. Certainly the sapphires are the main thrust of this business now but income from any other source for me is welcome. The attention of buyers of investment tanzanite to this site can only help in bringing our sapphires to their attention. At the moment Tanzanite means more to the public than Australian sapphires.
Clearly there is still a very strong connection to the tanzanite mining area. If it works for them, then it works for us. Buyers or investors looking to buy tanzanite, especially if we offer the best will no doubt soon be offered investment sapphires here. I believe we already trade in sapphires from other Australian mines. Why not opal? Why not any stone? Well done Richland!
I note from website under the above link to further link "Learn more about Investment Grade Tanzanite" providing stones from 30 to 100 carats, prices from 800 to 1500 US dollars per carat. At these prices that's a load of dough in any currency. If the sales generated are as good as this superb website then we are in for an exciting future!
Or has the website been updated? Any way looks good.
That's a big increase in holding.
Fourth Quarter 2015 Operational and Sales update to be released January 2016. Note on Richland Gemstones site an expanded offering of tanzanite jewellery and investment stones. Also note under Quality "can cherry-pick the very best stones for you from our operations or selected local partners." Increasing our income from other sapphire miners.
RNS 10 Sept 2015 gives timetable at that time. Overall update mid February may give more info.
presented, I believe as Head of investment and Chairman Of Investment Committee of ECU Group PLC at Mines and Money. ECU Group operates as investment arm of ED&F Man Holdings Ltd, specialist merchants of agricultural commodities.
of cut stones now on offer on online sales site. 9stones. Average price 744 Australian dollars per carat. Previous owners retrieved large uncut stones in their 11 months of operation.63ct dark blue, 41ct yellow/green/blue, 33ct yellow green, 31ct blue and 20ct green. Cut, I wonder what they would fetch now and what else remains to be discovered.
Nice sapphires now being offered on the online sales site. Keeping their promise of sales by end of year.
From the RNS "We have already recovered a large number of higher quality sapphires" LARGE NUMBER!
For a long time that I sense they are making logical incisive decisions, instead of fumbling along. Who knows perhaps our experts are beginning to earn their salaries.
If you look at the SOLG board you will see that ericeric who promotes Gemfields on this board posts negatively on that board. So over come Montecristo and mates to deramp here. Gemfields own 75% of largest emerald mine, 75% largest ruby deposit, 50% largest amethyst mine, at request of Colombian government invested in their emerald industry buying Cosquez mine. Also exploring in Ethiopia, Sri lanka and other areas. 100% ownership of Faberge. For latest news take a look at Gemfields twitter and Faberge twitter.
Well right or wrong you wont have to wait long to find out. But really dear as a holder you would be much better easing your stress and selling first thing Monday.
Very best of luck to you.
