Alan Green has said a lot of things over the last year or two.

The SP is effectively flat on the 12 month.

Until ECR come out and say

- we are starting production on "x" date

- we have unlocked the tax relief

- we have agreed a JV

- we are going for a JORC

- we are selling x asset for x millions

The market is likely to do what it usually does with with ECR, which to date has been to shrug, give it "meh" and basically ignore.
