The BOD made a wrong call through no fault of their own, how do you predict what a megalomaniac would do. Depending how far the sanctions go this could take years for holders to cash in if a sale goes ahead with a Russian conglomerate. Any other buyer(Japanese) would be reluctant to break the sanctions imposed by USA,Europe etc.
This will go tits up for a while, wait until the madman has taken over the Ukraine. The West being reliant and divided will impose some sanctions to no avail. Not being able to trade in GBP and Dollars will make no difference as they will get around that as a lot of countries do rely on their exports to Russia. Our Japanese Director could help in this and the figures look so much higher in Yen
What with Putin/Russia partly controlling the distorted hike in energy prices would it not be advantageous to them to purchase the mining options we hold so as to hold the West in part over a barrel not only of energy but PMG's. NN therefore seems the likely buyer with maybe China involved.
Judge mental what are you on about numpty. I have no need to ramp or deramp. I retired at 42 after making shed loads. I live mainly in Spain or Cyprus where I have homes. Just visited my house in NW for a spinal op at a specialist clinic (not cheap) Reading excrement from the likes of you does make me laugh. Answer one question for me. Why are serious investors with more nouse than you not throwing the kitchen sink at a sure fire multi bagger and why is the sp still under the 26p price paid by investors with a lot more money/influence than you
Totally agree Calamari. Are all the professional investors missing something or are people on here seeing something that isn't there. The wording of the RNS is peculiar. 80% of the net assets, if it said 80% of the sale price which is part of the net asset I would be much happier.
Is 80% of net income the same as 80% of sale price??. If so why not say that. Mining income less than zero, money in the bank around 10mil. We're only selling loss making mining claims. Claims with a very high potential which will produce dividends in the future. I still predict 60-70p divi with a 20%stake of the mines future profits
Clarity please. 80% of net income. Is this income that the mining operation is producing at the moment, or 80% of the sale price, if so why not say so. 80% of net sale price makes no sense. If this was a number changing RNS why are we still languishing at around the 24p Mark. Totally confused
Going into theatre for a spinal op at 11.45. By the time I return to the the real world after the chemically induced knock out drugs it should be early evening so an RNS to wake up to would be the icing on the cake. Partial sale with a £1.45 dividend and Eurasia 2 valued at 60-70p. New outboard for the lilo. Be safe everyone
This share does intrigue. Major Institutional Investors have purchased at anything up to 32p. None have sold which means that they have not fixed a stop loss price. As most of these Investors are run by complex algorithms it does surprise me that this is the case. Usually if a price drops by sometimes as little as 5% they are quickly got rid. They must know something, remember they have bought untold millions with other peoples money. Can only go up, but when? A few more final tweaks to a binding offer and the company then sells all but Rosgeo. Happy days. In the UK at the moment and missing my pool
If we are to receive a dividend in excess of 50p why isn't the sp nearer the expected divi. Like betting on a dead cert, why aren't the money people piling in to double their stake. Are those in the know being over cautious or are we expecting to much
