WRN, AUCT etc are Shell Co's- difficult to value when they have low or zero investments (and or they can buy companies outright)
Wasatt- Is DB a Director or on the Board? If not I am not sure tha it is Insider Trading
RNS ? If it is it will state no reason for SP movement known
OK - who is the joker? RNS coming stating no reason for price movement?
That one looks like an error
anything much appreciated to andymorton921 at gmail dot com (PS still in NIPT?)
No free pint and he did not believe that they had announced buy one get one free on their Tring range of beers (local micro brewery) I had no proof as it was totally made up. Landlord not happy actually as previous area manager whom he detested now works for Greene King in the same area plus he holds no shares. Suppose I can see in hindsight why there was no free pint. Never mind- they have a beer festival soon. Buy 5 pints and get 1 free. Dont worry they stamp a card. Also if you are a member of CAMRA you get discount. Offer was not common knowldege at Landlord level
Offer is £1.10 which has been turned down apparently. Total guess at £1.20 next bid. Not invested here but GLA (PS my local is a Spirit pub and I advised the Landlord!! )
There is an RNS. GREENE KING are considering an offer- apologies as driving so cannot copy etc see London stock exchange news
For your info TW has just tweeted that he is releasing ano report tomorrow at 7am - "it will be game set and match" to quote. Love him or loathe him for whatever reason I have a feeling that he is going to call this right and do suggest you take note. I am not a holder etc
Unfortunately if it does I think it will bounce down!! (Assuming you can bounce in thisdirection) Vote has no relevance to this stock -
New in this one. Odds on an acquisition?
I am with HL and find their service very good. OK it can be frustrating when trying to buy/sell in high volatility but would imagine all on line platforms are the same. The updates on funds etc coupled with reports on your PF etc make this more than just a platform. Personally i trade quite a bit so my fees are quite low (£5.95 per deal) and have quite a few £ in their in house funds which are fairly steady. Can also see improvements coming in (eg now have live prices) at no additional cost. Not invested but if it drops anywhere near what the broker is stating I will certainly buy.
You might have been right first time :-)
2 trades over 3m shares equating to 7% of equity. Someone knows something?
