nothing to hide. since the old board has left, I see no red flags.
the Hermes facility (put in place by the old bod) is expensive and has a high interest rate. I have no doubt that Nigel and Paul will be looking to re finance this. both Nigel and Paul who are very experienced in the world of finance will be all over this. there may be early repayment charges so all in good time.
so the debt continues to be repaid by the strong operational cash flow. very clear that the company is generating sufficient cash to survive without raising funds through placings and even has surplus cash to pay off the debt. Do you agree?
I'm referring to this one http://www.lse.co.uk/regulatory-news-article.asp?ArticleCode=dp3ehq8f&ArticleHeadline=Final_Results__Trading_Update
I will answer your question in good time. I want to be precise. in regards to your question:- how will this affect the companies cash flow? I refer you to the results RNS in December "Further progress is anticipated in 2018-19as debt continues to be repaidfrom the strong operational cash-flow generated by the major changes which are now takingeffect".
to give you an accurate answer you will need to give me bit of time
what do you want to know?
you haven't asked about the debt

I know. you just seem to be intent on causing doubt.
and how large is Trevor's current holding? do you know?
no Trevor Brown is no longer a director and is no longer privy to company inside information. Trevor is still holding how many million? I take more positives from a director buying more.
yes a director, Nigel Burton, knows every single detail of the company and bought a shed load more this week.
a director ?
well this week 3 big investors grabbed the opportunity to add to their significant holdings. what does that say to you? they are buying, not selling. oh and one is a director
Not just a small amount either
In my opinion both businesses, subzero and Bachmann, are now in a prime position to be bought out (either as a package or individually). In any event the results at the end of February are now a huge catalyst as they will undoubtedly exceed all expectations. I then expect institutional involvement.
