What will happen now???28 Nov 2020 20:11
First the positive...
An possible end to the TPLF agenda. Civil war risk removed. This could then pave the way for TK finance to be completed without further issue. So going forward, I see that finance will be in place up to a week after the vote of yes at the GM for share award for remuneration of wages to directors, staff and paying off debts. So before Christmas and thus giving the share the big boost and rise we all want. Then almost instantly, the shares awarded to Harry and co will be worth a lot more and I don’t mind that at all as mine will be worth a lot more also. We all then, hopefully, go on to have a great Christmas and New Year.
Now the negative...
The shares are voted to be given to Harry and Co at the GM and then it is announced that there is some delay with the finance, a problem with the due diligence. The SP drops below 1.5, then to 1.4 and we are well into the new year with still no finance. Some further delay is announced, a member of the consortium pulls out, or whatever reason. The SP drops further and then the Hawiah drilling results come out and it is good news. Pump and promote the results from Saudi Arabia and state there is new interest in TK and a consortium is being put together again and it gets dragged through the year again like the last 6 years. Positive report after positive report, new PIs get drawn in to invest and keep the stock moving. And we end up back to where we are now, but 12 months down the line.
I’m leaning 60/40 towards the 1st scenario.
So, what do most of you think will happen?
