great news, although i'm not sure that's the first, pretty sure david budd mentioned previously that it saved the hearing on another when they commented the first pilot. they did an article discussing it with the parents. can't seem to find it on search now.

anyway great news and hopefully this test will save many more from a life changing condition.

Why are they only posting it now on X? This article was authored in November 2024, it's a 2 year study that started in November 2024 which will push any results to late 2026. Old news IMO
