In the recent podcast the CEO stated the company has no control of the share price.
I agree they cannot control it but surely they could help it by announcing when distribution begins in new markets such as kdonkey100 reported the Portuguese website is now up and running.
It seems to appear the company want to have a low valuation for some reason or another.
Market report in the Mail this morning puts a negative slant on the results .
"Consumer healthcare firm Futura Medical warned there was some uncertainty over its ability to generate revenue and the timing of key milestone payments.
Last year it made £3.1million following the launch of a gel to treat erectile dysfunction. But it said it was difficult to predict future sales."
It fell 13.6 per cent, or 5.8p, to 37p.
If your shares are held in a nominee acc. at A J Bell, please be aware that there is no corporate action notice logged against RBD. At present you are unable to vote for the motions at the GM. They have assured me it will be available before the deadline of Jan 3rd.
All my share holdings are in nominee accounts. When I want to attend an AGM to vote I ask for a letter of representation from my broker, this then gives me the right to vote.
Can not the takeover shareholders use this option?
David confirmed at the AGM treasury shares would not be used to benefit directors.
Interestingly share buybacks are not being purchased by the nomad but by the company themselves so having complete control over when they purchase and at what price.
As at 1/11/22 Harbour holding was 8.53% .
It was possible to buyback shares during a closed period subject to various conditions in Oct 21, maybe the rules have changed.
