Well I suppose I just sneak in with my 56600 and adding.
@Blue-horsehoe. I'll let you reply to the 10:10 Per Rick. However, you may look at its BB history first and realise its never bought a share in its miserable little life and not bother. Filter
That could possibly happen Blue-horsehoe which is exactly why I'm sitting tight and maybe even adding a few extra
(AMGO) had a nice little 45.99% rise on the week for me so I could reluctantly skim a touch of that off, and you never know HH may even start spewing a spot of oil out for us as well.
GL
Yep. 45.99% up on the week and I'll take that any week of the year!
@jacknose. You're spot on with that one.
They know we have gold down that mine, and when the rest of that Dolgellau Gold Belt delivers and we have substantial funds to exploit the Greenland projects this only going one way and it ain't south.
Exactly PP.
If you want a nice easy ride then stick it on the 100 with the likes of (LLOY) or (BA) and leave the AIM Market alone although I did have a result with (PDG) and (LOOK) earlier last year.
For me I look to (ALBA) as a long term calculated risk siting on 1 million shares for as long as it takes, trading in and out of a quarter of them.
GL with your LTH PP
Now that would just be a result Ricardo however I think we may be disappointed after this mornings RNS update.
Still, I'm pleased I recently added another 500k. GL
@oilcat. You only have to look at the posts made by the likes of mismis to confirm your comment is accurate.
Not long before the kids are back to school though.
Well mismis. It appears @oilcat is correct with his analogy of some of the BB members.
Totally agree on that point elir71. Just trying to highlight the fact we have more interests than just gold.
Also not sure if the UKOG Turkish venture would ever have any impact on ALBA or weather or not it will ever come to fruition.
Good morning one and all.
I've just read a few posts this morning over a coffee and decided to hit the keyboard.
@oilcat. you must be correct in your terminology referring to some of us ttwats, and I know I fit the bill as its a term of endearment my wife often uses to describe me so well done on that one Dude or Dudette.
Now lets get down to the deramping of ALBA starting with.......
AMISTOQ with its graphite content being amongst the highest found in flake graphite globally and indicating suitability for Lithium-Ion Batteries.
Followed by THULE BLACK SANDS with potentially 1.7 Million Tones of of contained Ilmenite, neighbouring MELVILE BAY and its high quality course grained magnetite concentrate.
INGLEFIELD LAND is a real little Pandora's Box of goodies prior to moving a little closer to home and LIMERICK BASE METALS potentially giving us zinc, lead and silver.
I'm unsure of our position with the re issuing of the uranium permit in EL MREITI NORTHERN MAURITANIA and will have to delve a little deeper in to that one.
Now looking at the UK. You never know BROCKHAM and HORSE HILL may give us return one day however I did bin UKOG all be it for a small profit on a spike, and now to the key which I believe will unlock the development of our assets.
GOLD!!! and its the expectation of GOLD!!! that first drew me to ALBA some months ago with my first buy and enough said on what we are potentially have at GLOGAU & GWYNFYNDD.
I'm currently holding 1 Million of ALBA shares and don't plan on selling any one of them in the near future so I haven't a massive amount invested, however for me its quite substantial given the companies stage of project development.
The aim of this post it to neither ramp or deramp this share however it may hopefully just trigger any future investors to delve a little deeper in to ALBA than just GOLD!!!
GLA and as they say DYOR from one of those, as oilcat and my wife says ttwats on the BB and my apologies for any sarcasm.
jacknose. I personally believe we've been given quite a few clues over the 6 months I've held this share, however I also understand how different mindsets respond to each RNS
My understanding of this BB is to share information and opinion without the accusation of ramping it up or visa versa, although I must admit the odd one has been quite blatant in some of there posts ha ha.
Honestj. My sentiments are with CJ.
His opinion like mine is this will fly on the recipe of positive news which will more than likely land in the period stated.
As I didn't want to fall short on this I added a further 500,000 at 8.45am. Wed 17th, .3389 which actually recorded on LSE as a sale, and I may well top up further for what will be the sixth time today at these prices.
Sorry Honestj. I think you short post is more of a subtle de ramp than CJ ramping and as he said. DYOR.
The 500000 sell showing @ 8.45 is actually my top up.
Quite a tight spread if you go in and get a quote.
@elir71 You reacted quicker than me however just added another 500000 at 0.3389 giving me the magic million.
That's shares not pounds by the way, so its time to sit tight now and enjoy the ride.

We are getting ever closer the stage of taking the jump from exploration to production, all be it that's not going to happen any time in the next couple of months.
Ups and downs around current levels until that happens however good Assay results should move us up and hold at a slightly higher point.
Time and patience required now with ALBA and if you feel confident top up on the lows and I've done four now, alternatively just hold.
For me the thought of sell doesn't come in to it when you look at our assets, I believe this is is now a matter of when not if, and could be life changing for some.
GLA
Please tell me if I'm wrong, however my understanding was our BOD made the decision to suspend lending.
Sorry, didn't intend to post twice.
I don't think for one minute Gary and our BOD are considering the insolvency option Scotty.
I do believe offering more than the two options in the SOA and the Practice Statement Letter would not only dilute the impact of the scheme and letter it would confuse the recipients. It could also be detrimental to a positive outcome from the regulatory bodies.
The complaints provision still stands in place, and although this isn't the preferred option and would have to be topped up from future profits could be used as a last resort.
For me I have full confidence in our BOD, for now I will be holding and topping up when funds allow.
GLA
I don't think for one minute Gary and our newly assembled BOD have any intention whatsoever of folding the company.
In there attempt to secure a successfully outcome with the SOA I believe the only option is to go down the yes or no, take it or leave it choice in the Practice Statement Letter.
To give a third option i.e. settle each claim individually would not only confuse the customer base, it would also dilute the impact of the SOA and be unacceptable to the regulatory bodies.
I have full faith in Gary and the team and for now will holding firm, adding when funds allow.
