Reassuringly, only the transaction at 13.75 seems to be a sale so far today, as I bought yesterday afternoon at 13.86, but it showed as a sell, while the bid-ask has remained unchanged.

I'm not sure why Amit's own business being registered with the FCA in itself would have been a red flag.
Less of a good sign is that he has details on there which are incorrect, in line with his general disregard for admin detail.

Wishbone's post (removed this morning) suggesting the FCA might be looking into the CTAG story (2 years after the first such claims elsewhere) prompted me to have a look at the FCA site. What it does show, for those still harbouring hopes that Amit is still going strong, is that he still appears on the FCA register as the contact for SB Corporate Finance Partners Limited, his "financial advisory boutique". That business at least still shows signs of life at Companies House.

The site for the business is a dot eu one called sbcorp. The marketing strapline is "‘capability, integrity, and innovation’ ".
Particularly intriquing is the modus operandi, described thus: "We advise in a rigorous, innovative, hands-on and seamless manner, ..... " More astonishingly marvellous sounding capabilities can also be found on the Services pages.

Up to you whether you wish to take heart from that.

Here we go, the official announcement of Amit's appointment as consultant just in Dec 2014, although he'd been making investor introductions prior to then.
But 2009 a complete red-herring, especially as Cloudtag Inc was only founded in 2010!

Apologies, yes the CEO appointment of Amit was announced 11 Feb 2015 and the annual report states it was effective from 8 Jan 2015.
I mistook the results of a search seeming to say he had an earlier executive role, but on reflection his earlier work for Cloudtag was probably only as a consultant which I haven't tracked the earliest date for.
And yes Amit's role at Biosense was as investor, but also co-founder, according to his bio.

Another co-incidence is that 2009 is the same year CloudTag appointed Amit as an Executive i.e. 1 Oct 2009.

For those curious about Amit's links to Syte following the January 2019 announcement of Syte/Amit collaboration, it seems the links go back some time. Apart from the Feb 2018 meet up with Syte Founder Andreas Keck, where Amit is styled "Biosense co-founder", Andreas has a history at Biosense. Andreas was honoured for his part in the Biosense success with the "NOGA Founder Award", signed by Amit's brother, Schlomo Ben Haim.

Ooh, lift off suddenly...no idea why, though had expected more upward movement last week.

Mcap at 54%of NAV implied by these results if my maths is right. Was interested to compare GMAA whose Mcap is at 132% of NAV. They seem to be running on fumes of cash compared to AVAP and their profit performance has been more volatile. This seems to be a screaming bargain of an undervalued share unless I'm missing something? (Am encouraged after doing calcs to see IC has identified them as undervalued too, but I don't subscribe, so don't know on what basis they conclude this)

£32,291 buy at 49p from 10:15, now reappeared as if 10:16 but with OK and ?. Handy way to disguise a big buy. For goodness' sake.

And now I see the 50,000 share also for 49 p at 8:13 also now shown as zero. Annoying.

IIs sneaking up on us while it's quiet? Looked back at KOOV trades on nandp to see if any more larger buys after the >£30k for 49p at 10:15 took us to about £70k for 3 transactions. Now I see it's disappeared and a new 0 item oddly shown for 10:16. Not sure if that means original item wrong or that it will appear later as a delayed trade. Anyone have any knowledge about this sort of thing?

Have never looked at them before, but looking at the record for this one, seems they've done spectacularly well, doubling the gain a single investment a LTH would have made by going in at 15.145 on 28.1.2016.

Hi ljjb Have been tracking this one. The identica link is just part of their past work portfolio and refers to 2016's CES. So nothing to deduce on future timings from that. I'm thinking late next week for the circular. Or week after(!) A potentially time-consuming lawyer-ridden piece of work. So tomoz unlikely (but welcome!) But adequate time needed pre GM for shareholder sign off on the funding deal.

Interest building today maybe signals a turn up?
