This is the ideal "word of mouth" (or these days, word of keypad) product. Target market is a community of sufferes bonded together by research for anything that works. And for a high % of users it works - while not much else does. Not just for Psoriasis, but related conditions.

E.g. I loved the Trustpilot review posted by a lady yesterday:
