The real yields is the difference between real inflation and real bank rates. If it's negative it's supportive of gold, if it's positive then it isn't.

Bonds are debt, yields are the risk return. If you're in a bad way the lender will want more return for their risk.

If holders of debt see yields rising then they sell their debt because the new notes will pay more

I can't speak for everyone else but I came here for the Kor opportunity using Yan as a track record of delivery. Yan was financed and delivered in the same way, less debt at the time but that's inflation for you.

IF and only if, Kor is delivered as successfully as Yani then HUM will be netting more than the current mcap.
