Besides the company officially stated via RNS that they would inform the market if the June deadline was in jeopardy But now what your saying is that Clive Hill thinks missing the deadline is alright and happy to quote untrue regulatory processes and requirements.

There and there abouts, I reckon your average pog is circa 30 dollars to generous, but similarly i reckon your AISC is 30 dollars to conservative. Gold reserves are 500k more valuable than at q1 end and as Sleeven states gotta add drilling.

Adding the drilling is good though because it demonstrates that FCF is substantially higher than Net Cash which indicates strong and protracted growth qualities

Auto extentions from AIM, doesn't apply to companies whose 6 month filing deadline falls after the 6th April 2021.

Those requiring an extention are required to apply before their respective filing deadline.. Then as you correctly stated, any extention is still only discretionary.
